My husband and I had a loose idea of what we wanted, but we're not designers. So, we appreciated Ramon's background in custom design. Also, we NEVER had an issue getting in touch with them if we had a question. Once demo started, Ramon and Jessica were very involved. Ramon was at the house almost every day and he made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were all on the same page. We even made a few changes right in the middle of the process, but Ramon and Jessica were always happy to work with us. They also made it very clear what modifications they could make and stay within our strict budget. Of course, we ran into a few bumps, but we are extremely happy with the way Ramon worked through any concerns or issues we had. That's huge! When we're ready for our bathroom to get a facelift, we'll be calling them. Let me outline my experience. 1.) All work began promptly and was executed in a clean and efficient manner. This is a big deal, if you've never remodeled before. I saw substantial progress every day and, at the end of every day, the work was clean too. It was able to live in my house without any issue. The kitchen, which is the center of my home, was sealed effectively. 2.) I work long hours and am lucky enough to live in a quiet neighborhood. All work was done in a way which was a non-issue with my neighbors and, when I worked nights, work was done efficiently and quietly enough when needed to allow me to catch up on much-needed sleep. This is amazing. 3.) No shortcuts taken - ever. The lighting and electrical work, the installation of external vents, the cabinetry, painting and all else was executed in a timely manner with high quality. Carlos was on-hand through the job and treated the job as if it was his own home. This is rare, folks. The crew working was definitely the A-team too - lots of craftsmanship from all the tradesmen. 4.) The pricing for all work was readily competitive with other bids, but with far more transparency than you'd get using another contractor. Carlos is a guy who you can be honest with and can get honesty in return from. Don't let the relative new-ness of this Yelp page fool you. Carlos is an experienced professional who will take your project in fantastic directions. Give him a call and see what he has to offer.
