The system that they use is much larger than what I had seen at other companies & you definitely don't want it anywhere that it can been seen. In other words, it's big & ugly! Plus it was VERY expensive! 2). I went with this system because I was told this is a full service company. I was told repeatedly that they would come out to help me anytime I needed that. Thus we paid the enormous cost associated with this company & product. Well guess what? The first time I call about getting some assistance down the line, I was told there is a fee for them to do that. And not one time did anyone mention this fee prior to the purchase of this system. Not. One. Single. Time! Calling the better business bureau now.
