    Had a great experience with Jovon in sales and Ty in service, and the finance department, for a smooth purchase for our new truck. After having our almost-new work truck flooded by Helene and having a very poor almost-sales experience with a different dealership, we really appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and extra time in answering our questions. They knew all the model differences for the vehicles we were looking at and could offer insightful comparisons on the spot. Thank you Ferman for making at least one thing easy this hurricane season.

    Alec, was Johnny on the spot! We went on 3 test drives to narrow down our vehicle search. Alec had each car ready to go immediately. His attention to detail was extraordinary. We love our new to us, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Thanks Alec for getting us in and out quickly!

    Dirty tire in vehicle cabin area.

    I bought four new tires from you guys. I had a relatively newer tire on my Tahoe, so the tech put it in my rear cabin - directly on the carpet. I appreciate seeing a nearly new tire and thinking I might want to save it, but to put it in the rear carpeted cabin and not mention it to me is unacceptable. I found it later as I looked in the rear view mirror. I thought about this act for awhile. Who does that? I decided it stems from a dealer's service department not being sensitive to just how expensive a Tahoe is and how someone might not want a dirty tire on carpet. I don't know any SUV owner who would approve of it. I'm extremely disappointed in this lack of thought. Very disappointed. I don't even eat in my vehicle.

After being recommended to V W Moters, I had my car towed to this company because it wouldn't start. The owner quickly troubleshooted and fixed my car within the same day. I required 2 new batteries and when I picked it up later that day, it started back up with no issues. The prices were also fair and reasonable compared to what a Mercedes dealership would have charged me. Fast forward a few weeks and I noticed my brakes were going bad and called last minute on a Friday for an estimate. Although closing within the hour he asked me to bring the car by for an accurate estimate. Turns out my brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and he didn't feel comfortable with me driving off with my car in this condition. Since I have no other form of transportation I was offered a vehicle to drive if he could not get the parts in and car fixed by the following day when they close at noon so that I could get to work on Monday. Very grateful for this kind gesture but I declined since I live close by. My car was ready by 10 am the next day and again, the price was fair and much cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone there is super nice and professional. The prices are fair. The work is reliable. I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future for any car related issues as well as referring my friends who are looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Fortunately I was only 6 miles from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. My service advisor, Jasmine, could not have been better. She was courteous, professional and thorough and showed empathy to my situation. Without an appointment, she was able to get my car in the shop and diagnosed within a few hours. She said they could complete the repairs (broken thermostat and 4 hoses) by the next day. The air conditioner was affected by the broken thermostat so it was fine after that part was replaced. Jasmine updated me several times during that next day on the progress of the repairs. The dealership and Jasmine in particular were first rate.

After telling me different things wrong with my car, which they ended up telling me was not the problem they still charged me and they gave me my car back, not fixed and with another issue. They lie and say they put a part in which they didn't. They also lie and say they won't charge you and they still charged me. Their customer service everyone I dealt with was awful. I highly recommend you avoid this dealership.

He informed me the compressor and clutch was on back order until Aug but we talked through after market parts, etc. I will admit I was hesitant to bring my truck to a dealer as quite honestly I prefer to give business to individuals versus a corporation; however, my husband convinced me otherwise and I am glad he did. As long as Joshua is there and I can schedule through him this is my "go to" place from now on. I appreciate his sincerity and truthfulness throughout the process. He kept me in the loop. There was no welcoming attitude, no willingness to help--l just visible frustration that we approached her. Customer service is the first impression of any business, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. If someone is working in a customer-facing or service department, there should be a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Based on this experience, I would not return.

I went one day spoke with John who gave me numbers. Payments were higher than expected. I asked for the breakdown. They were so hesitant to giving me the breakdown until I said they are playing games I had to really demand what I am entitled to. Gave me the breakdown and I see they put my credit as a low tier even though I have excellent -786 credit at a 6.9% I did my calculations called my people and they immediately said it was way over priced. I left I came back to run numbers again after paying off the lease in full. Only a week after the first visit. So John (super nice guy) said the numbers would be a bit lower once paid off. Did it! Done. I go back met with a nice guy super chill today (forgot his name) but the manager was a JOKE . Dude presented us with 8% rate AFTER LITERALLY SAYING RATES WERE DOWN. Again NO BREAKDOWN I laughed and showed them I had pictures of what the offer was a week ago and said I'm out. So here's my review BEWARE OF THE GAMES THEY PLAY HERE. The manager really loves to scam people and play games I'm not here for it. Don't waste your time. Research your rates research and calculate what you should actually pay and don't let them fool you. Again let me be clear the sales team is nice but the managers are there to be clowns.

My husband wanted to try a new place. We are happy we did. The customer service is great. Very welcoming. No "Gen-Z Glare". The inside waiting area is nice and relaxing. I would not have had an issue waiting there while the car was getting maintenance. However, our car was going to take awhile. They offered to drive us home and pick us up. I recently had an alignment performed. I had serious concerns following the service. I have a Toyota 4Runner that just had new tires installed at Costco immediately prior to scheduling alignment service. There were 33,500 miles on the vehicle. The vehicle was in perfect condition. Prior to alignment, there were no signs or symptoms that indicated needing alignment. The reason I scheduled alignment was because Costco recommends alignment every 12.000 to 15,000 miles. I used the Costco program for a referral to Christian Brothers Automotive. Before the alignment, the vehicle had no steering wheel play, drove perfectly straight, and the steering was tight and responsive. After the alignment and before taking payment, Kevin showed me the attached measurements. He explained that a negative 2.9 caster measurement on the left and right indicated major problems that are expensive to repair: steering rack, tie rods, ball joints, and linkage. I asked Kevin how these very serious and expensive problems could suddenly appear on such a new vehicle. He provided no answer. This was a shock. I have had many services on a regular basis and no mechanical problems existed. There were no signs or symptoms indicating that my vehicle needed any repairs. Toyota has used Six Sigma principles for more than 35 years and is recognized for having one of the lowest errors per million of any automobile manufacturer. In my lifetime, I have not had a single costly or serious issue with a Toyota or Lexus. After alignment service, I experienced significant steering wheel play. The steering was alarmingly loose. I could move the wheel left to right a great distance without an immediate response from the vehicle. The vehicle pulled strongly toward the center of the road. A second of inattention or glance away from the road could result in a cataclysmic head on collision resulting and death to multiple drivers. These issues - loose steering and center drift - did not exist prior to service. A drift to the center line is extraordinarily unusual. A negative 2.9 front left and right measurement causes loose steering wheel play and the very unusual drift to the center line of the lane. This measurement could have alerted Christian Brothers that the alignment was not done correctly. Instead, I was led to believe I needed thousands of dollars of repairs. The caster measurement is normally a positive 2 to 6. A negative measurement is very unusual and indicates the alignment was not done correctly or there are the very serious and expensive repairs needed. Google says: 1 Negative caster of this magnitude can cause: 2 Excessive steering wheel play and looseness. 3 Reduced self-centering of the steering wheel. 4 Poor straight-line stability and drifting behavior. I called Christian Brothers immediately after leaving and Kristen gave approval to come back. I am thankful that I went through Costco because I was not sure what would happen. I asked Kristen about a fuse when I arrived. Kristen said it was $175 for diagnostics and explained that some vehicles need a $400 software to repair some issues. For example, a new Jeep had a drivers seat lumbar support stuck in the fully extended position. This could only be repaired with a $400 software update. Members of the fellowship appeared to come in for service, call the owner and chit chat with the owner in the lobby, get service at no cost and immediately leave. After the alignment, I was worried. I did not sleep the night before returning for the alignment measurement adjustment. Christian Brothrs completed a re-inspection of the alignment measurements. The caster angle measurements appear to have a positive range. The steering is once again tight and responsive and there appears to be no unusual center drift at the moment. My vehicle is back to normal and has tight steering responsiveness and no unusual drift. This was a stressful experience and emotionally exhausting. I missed work on 2 days to have the work done and repaired. After the alignment was repaired, the AC was blowing hot, even when turned off. My AC was ice cold before I went to Christian Brothers. Now, it blows lukewarm. I did consult Google about this issue and talks to a neighbor that worked in an auto dealership for 30 years doing maintenance and repairs on vehicles and has had his own business for the last 10 years. I have seen my auto mechanic neighbor consult Google when I have a question about something. I also see my welder neighbor, who has been a welder for 40 years, consult Google on some repairs that are not directly related to welding even though he has decades of experience with electric, plumbing and refurbishing and repairing boats and vehicles. Going to Christian Brothers was a terrifying nightmare.

Unfortunately, we will not be getting our Mazda serviced here, nor buying a vehicle from here, and we highly recommend other buyers or anyone getting their Mazda serviced to go elsewhere. Intentionally being deceived and screwed over by your dealerships with dishonesty wasn't a challenge, but a disservice. I have emailed you twice and provided all the supporting documentation you need to support my requests, yet you have not even acknowledged my emails. Your dealerships are not a member of the BBB because you don't want accountability for your business's practices. Shame on you! I am not a disgruntled buyer because of the outcome of my concerns! I am upset because there has been NO acknowledgment of my concerns. There are plenty of reputable Mazda and Chevrolet dealerships in the Tampa Bay area that are members of the BBB and accountable for their actions, which I highly recommend others to pursue first. Your dealership will take advantage of anyone at any cost. Shame on you!
