    On 3/9/26, I did get 5 STAR service from TIMOTHY "Timmy" PRITCHARD (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, literally straight to the point, honest sales associate/retired Marine), ERIN HERNANDEZ (Financial liaison from Day 1) AND ERNEST KNAGGS (Business Manager, Ferman Buick, Lutz) to try and give me some peace of mind. Previously: So, this is a long drawn-out story that started with me driving 7hrs from Columbia, SC to purchase a vehicle. I got in contact with Ferman around the 21st of February to inquire and ultimately chose a 2023 Jeep Manufacturer CPO Grand Cherokee L Summit. I spent two almost 3 weeks getting everything in order, any document requested, my financing, all the things to make sure we were good to go before committing a 7 hour drive. I received a video of the car which matched the pictures, CarFax checked out, Pricing checked out, VIN check was good, no recalls, no accidents, 1 owner, CPO and all the things I was looking for. The salesperson, Germaine was not as responsive or resourceful for me being an out of state buyer with him being my liason to the deal. I got more interaction and knowledge from finance before I arrived. Numbers checked out and the deal was ready, the CPO was ready per Germaine. The vehicle sat on the lot for 82 days before my arrival, which I questioned but was reassured the vehicle was in tip top shape and ready for me. I confirmed twice during the week before I came and drove down 7 hours on a Saturday (3/7) leaving my house at 5am. I arrived around 3pm and met everyone that I had been talking to for two weeks. Looking the CPO over, I noticed that all the paint dings weren't touched up, there was rodent poop under the hood sitting on the engine cover but physically the car looked great and undercarriage was pristine as it should for a 2023. The issues came in when I cranked the car up. It was a little louder than I expected on crank from the previous ones I had viewed online. I go to sit in the driver's seat to rev the engine a few times and check all major components. Upon turning on the air/ heat, I noticed a major difference in vibration on the steering wheel as well as my feet on the floor of the cabin. The shift was rougher than expected as well. We mentioned all these things to Germaine and he proceeds to tell me how this was normal. At that point, trust with him went down the drain. We requested and pushed for a diagnostic on this CPO that had been in their possession for 82 days. In this time frame, a foreign gentleman comes in a red shirt saying he was from service and rushing tells me he need the vehicle because service was about to close. We never test drove the vehicle. A magical diagnostic report appears and on this CPO that I drove 7 hours for, the electrical engine motor mounts are actively throwing codes needing to be replaced. Now we are at this delaership going back and forth with our finance sending messages back and forth between us and the "GM" on getting the repair done at delaer cost there, doing a "we owe addendum" and the actual cost they will pay. At this point, we never see Germaine again after he tries to show me other vehicles with options I didn't want or convince me to buy a $30,000 additional Expense vehicle. The back and forth on the engine mounts was about cost and this dealership telling me how much they were going to pay at a cap on something that should not even be a issue because this was a CPO. After a long time waiting, they grant our request to sit in another vehicle with the same engine, and it was a major difference. Now comes out this same foreign gentleman now wearing a white shirt, in which he tells me he is the GM, shakes my hand and his name is Rami Ramadan. I am livid at this point and did not think that earlier this man told me he was a service manager. He blatantly tells me either I will take a cap amount of $2,000 for whatever needs to be done, let them repair it or I could leave without the car. There was no remorse, nothing apologetic about my 7hr trip for this CPO (READY) vehicle, or anything polite in his tone. ****See full story in screenshot pictures!

    Jesse helped us when we went looking for a used car. He was energetic and informative. But wasn't pushy at all. He helped me find my dream car. When I got home I realized one of the key fobs wasn't working and Jesse had me come back in and they fixed it right away at no cost. The whole experience was easy and not stressful at all. We did negotiate some, but they were reasonable and fair.

    Horrible Management

    I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Wesley Chapel while attempting to purchase a 2022 Yukon XL Denali. Despite confirming the availability of the car with Adrianna from the used car sales team, upon arrival, I was met with a series of miscommunications and unprofessional behavior that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite confirming the test drive for Sunday, May 26th, upon arrival, I was informed by the general sales manager that the car wasn't ready and couldn't be test-driven. Instead, they attempted a classic bait and switch tactic, offering a different vehicle, which further frustrated me. What was particularly concerning was the discrepancy between the car's supposed Certified Pre-Owned status and its actual condition. Despite allegedly undergoing inspection, the car lacked basic maintenance like oil, raising questions about the dealership's standards. Moreover, the pressure to make an immediate decision, including being asked for a down payment to hold the vehicle, was unprofessional and off-putting. Even after declining, the salesperson became hostile, displaying a complete lack of respect for the customer's preferences. Despite assurances from the assistant general manager about holding the vehicle for me, subsequent attempts to communicate and obtain information about the car's condition were met with silence or excuses, further highlighting the dealership's lack of professionalism and integrity. In conclusion, my experience at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Wesley Chapel was far from satisfactory. The unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and pressure tactics employed by the sales team made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I would advise potential customers to seek out alternative dealerships where honesty, transparency, and respect are valued. After this whole ordeal i've managed to speak to James Ferman my self and we were able to get a couple things straightened out and he apologized for the lack of respect from the several sales man and sales managers.     I purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave and worked with Zac and Destinie Batacchi. Both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with and made my experience well worth it!! I got one heck of a deal!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with them!!

Last week, my mother died suddenly at age 86. Yesterday--while still grieving--my 94-year-old father took his car in for what should have been a routine issue: an oil change light. Instead of simply addressing the service request, a service advisor named Susan Cardozo attempted to convince him to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for $10,000. My father is a recent widower, on a fixed income, and has restrictions on his driver's license that already limit when he can legally drive. He explicitly told her that his wife had just passed away and asked that she contact me, his son, before any decisions were made. She never called me. She has ignored my calls. Instead, she continues communicating directly with a 94-year-old man who is vulnerable, grieving, and clearly not in a position to be pressured into a financial decision. This behavior is, at best, grossly unethical. At worst, it borders on elder exploitation. No reputable business should be attempting to upsell a senior citizen--especially one who should not be driving at all--into a car purchase under these circumstances. If this is how this service center operates, taking advantage of elderly customers at their weakest moments, then the public deserves to know. I would not recommend this dealership or service department to anyone who values integrity, decency, or basic human compassion. UPDATE: Unfortunately I spoke with Susan, who took no accountability for her role, and basically blamed everything on "Michael." Michael called me the day I posted this message on google/yelp, two days after my father first came into the service office, 1 day after agreeing to sell my dad a pre-owned vehicle, and claimed he received my phone number, but the reason he couldn't reach me was because one number was off. He did not explain to me why he continued to communicate with my father. I only asked them for a write up of what was wrong with my father's car, to which Susan rudely replied that I had to wait my turn and they were busy. This is still too soon after my mother's death for me to have to deal with this type of unethical behavior.

Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. Despite my repeat business, I never felt that I received competitive financing or the best deal, and the interest rates offered were consistently higher than expected. Recently, I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and was able to secure significantly better financing terms and a much lower interest rate. That experience made me realize how much I had been missing out on as a long-time customer. While the sales experience has generally been positive, I believe the finance department needs to do a better job of taking care of loyal, repeat customers by offering more competitive financing options and greater transparency. I left I came back to run numbers again after paying off the lease in full. Only a week after the first visit. So John (super nice guy) said the numbers would be a bit lower once paid off. Did it! Done. I go back met with a nice guy super chill today (forgot his name) but the manager was a JOKE . Dude presented us with 8% rate AFTER LITERALLY SAYING RATES WERE DOWN. Again NO BREAKDOWN I laughed and showed them I had pictures of what the offer was a week ago and said I'm out. So here's my review BEWARE OF THE GAMES THEY PLAY HERE. The manager really loves to scam people and play games I'm not here for it. Don't waste your time. Research your rates research and calculate what you should actually pay and don't let them fool you. Again let me be clear the sales team is nice but the managers are there to be clowns.

After being recommended to V W Moters, I had my car towed to this company because it wouldn't start. The owner quickly troubleshooted and fixed my car within the same day. I required 2 new batteries and when I picked it up later that day, it started back up with no issues. The prices were also fair and reasonable compared to what a Mercedes dealership would have charged me. Fast forward a few weeks and I noticed my brakes were going bad and called last minute on a Friday for an estimate. Although closing within the hour he asked me to bring the car by for an accurate estimate. Turns out my brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and he didn't feel comfortable with me driving off with my car in this condition. Since I have no other form of transportation I was offered a vehicle to drive if he could not get the parts in and car fixed by the following day when they close at noon so that I could get to work on Monday. Very grateful for this kind gesture but I declined since I live close by. My car was ready by 10 am the next day and again, the price was fair and much cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone there is super nice and professional. The prices are fair. The work is reliable. I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future for any car related issues as well as referring my friends who are looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
