    I went in expecting nothing based on my conversations with other dealerships. As apprehensive as I was, the salesman, Kwon explained the approach of Wesley Chapel Toyota which was refreshing. He is the best salesman I have ever encountered. We found the process to be enjoyable (really!) and when he finished agreeing on a vehicle we were passed to Matt in finance. Matt did a great job of explaining our options and helping us determine the loan we were comfortable with. Wesley Chapel Toyota is wonderful!

    Horrible purchasing experience. This isn't a review of the salesperson that I had but the location and experience as a whole. I just needed a quick, cheap 4 door reliable sedan. I drive my current car maybe 2 to 3 times a month because I don't have any type of daily commute. But it's a 2 door, 2 seater sports car so I wanted something that could hold more. I put in a request to see an older Toyota Camry that seemed overpriced for the condition but I figured the maintenance and things would be great because it was a Toyota dealership. I get contacted by a salesperson to view it. I respond back with a time that I would arrive. He didn't respond to my text message. I go up there anyway. I spend about 30 minutes walking around the parking lot looking for the vehicle in the hot son. I find it in a corner, dirty and dingy, no window sticker or anything showing that the vehicle was for sale. It clearly had been there for weeks just rotting away. Not to mention 4 different sales people walked past me and none asked if I needed for help. Finally, I went to the main office and had to wait for another sales guy because the guy that reached out to me "Jack" was busy. The new sales person I got was very cool. I enjoyed his conversation and knowledge. Jack was a bust. Anyway, we test drive the vehicle I want, go over the pricing and it was about 4k more than what was on the sticker because of "fees". I immediately knew I was out but I entertained the guy because he was just doing his job. What upset me even more was the focus on a newer car that cost about 10k more than what I came up there for even after stressing that I do not have a daily commute. Then the ridiculous offer that I got for my current car. I had one of the most desired tuner sports cars in the world. That all came from the sales manager. One he got involved the entire experience went downhill fast. I left and immediately came home and searched for a private sale. That was my first and last time dealing with a dealership in Florida. Thankfully I was able to find what I wanted from a private sale for pennies on a dollar and in much better condition, 60k LESS miles and it was certified by a 3rd party 141 point inspection company before the sale. I also was able to sell my current car for about 17x the price that they quoted me, in cash and replaced it with that money. Yes, I was able to get 2 vehicles for less than the price as one at this dealership. I would only suggest buying new here. Between the price of warranty that they sale and the heavy focus on pushing newer vehicles, you will not leave satisfied buying pre-owned here. Lastly, a lot of their vehicles that they have on the lot says no accidents but they clearly have been in one. It's crazy!

    I can't stress this enough do not EVER do business with Wesley Chapel Toyota they sold us a truck that we were told went through inspection and was safe and sound, only to drive off the lot and make it to the end of the road and the check engine like comes on, we circle back they take it to the back come back 15min later assuring us "that it was just a loss O2 sensor that must have gotten bumped during inspection" they again reassured us it was all handled and we were good to go, we get 45min down the road it comes back on, we call them they say ok bring it back, mind you we live 2hrs away from them this truck was not purchased as a daily driver and we work all week, so we needed to bring it back on the weekend, sales guy tells us no problem, then we get told no you have to make a appointment, so now we have to wait till this Saturday, I was not feeling comfortable with this so I took the truck to maus Nissan in Brooksville where we live, because the warranty we purchased for the truck says we can take it to any nissan dealership, they called us after having the truck for a few hour to let us know how completely unsafe this truck was and that is needed almost $20k to make it safe and reliable, from both motor mounts being busted, two wheel hubs being cracked in multiple places, leaking coolant seal, O2 sensor not working the catalytic convert being shot, and tires that are from 2018 on the truck, and even though the tires look decent like he said thats 4yrs past the safe to use date for a tire, and thats just scratching the surface of the problems, we had this truck 14days, they are refusing to unwind the loan or even admit this was a vehicle that should have never been sold, and the warranty that was purchased from them is saying these are preexisting issues and they won't cover them, so don't waste your money buying the warranty from Lithia Motors, worst experience buying a car I have ever had and I bought a Kia once.

    Don't take your car here if you value your time and money. They spent 8 hours on my Toyota and I'm having the same issues almost $1,500 later. The car runs worst than when I brought it in. I asked for refund but no one will respond. But the technician left 3 dirty tools in my car and they managed to call twice about it. This is Lisa's insulting, unprofessional message, demanding I bring them back (and never even addressed me by name). I called her back and she didn't even answer. I contacted Toyota AND BBB...and they still won't respond. These people must really hate their jobs, the customers AND the company.

So, they replaced it again and in the process damaged the entertainment system, broke one of the temperature buttons and completely forgot to replace the passenger side night light panel. They later told me that panel is no longer made and that if I find one to buy it and they'll reimburse me for it. Well 6 months later after countless texts and emails with little to no response I'm out $80. I even stopped by to speak with a manager and was told they'll process the check and mail it to me. Never happened... Terrible customer experience. I would not let anyone I care about get their service done at Wesley Chapel Honda.

This is where Lexus of Wesley Chapel stands apart from all the other high line vehicle dealers I've encountered all over the country: Most importantly, they do not haggle you to buy unnecessary car services. It's nauseating to watch many dealers try to create fear by pushing unnecessary services that a well made vehicle simply does not need. They are transparent. Second, they have a Hospitality Cafe complete with friendly baristas, an extensive drink menu, pastries, snacks, and more. Anything here is free for customers. Yes, most dealerships offer some kind of complimentary refreshments but let me emphasize that this cafe is better than Starbucks. Next, in their well maintained bathrooms, they offer mouthwash for after your coffee drink. These amenities are the little touches that set them apart. Finally, another thing that makes them different, they do not annoy their customers with repetitive texts and emails about the same things over and over, only reaching out when necessary.     I am writing to express my disappointment with Ford's refusal to cover a defective exterior keypad…read moreon my vehicle. The keypad on the driver's door failed due to an apparent defect in the part itself, not due to wear and tear. I was informed that the repair would not be covered because my vehicle is approximately 4,000 miles over the warranty limit. This is extremely frustrating, as an electronic keypad should not fail under normal conditions and is clearly not a routine maintenance or wear item. The failure is due to a defective component, not customer misuse. I believe Ford should stand behind its product and provide goodwill coverage for this repair. Denying coverage over such a small mileage difference, especially for a defective part, does not reflect well on Ford's commitment to customer satisfaction. Even after overpaying for an air filter for the vehicle, I was told there was nothing they could do. Its all about money because the part was $200 but the labor was 3x the cost of the part at $600. Ridiculous! Why ill never buy Ford again. Better to buy a KIA or HYUNDAI at least they will stand behind their vehicle with their warranties.

Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department has been disappointing. Despite my repeat business, I never felt that I received competitive financing or the best deal, and the interest rates offered were consistently higher than expected. Recently, I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and was able to secure significantly better financing terms and a much lower interest rate. That experience made me realize how much I had been missing out on as a long-time customer. While the sales experience has generally been positive, I believe the finance department needs to do a better job of taking care of loyal, repeat customers by offering more competitive financing options and greater transparency. Based on my recent experience, I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from this location. I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future customers.
