They have beverages, condiments, herbal teas, jams, mushrooms, mustard, pickles, seasonings and spices made with Nordic ingredients. I spent some time browsing in the store since there are so many things I want to try. I bought some spices and teas. The cedar tea is so fragrant and healing, that I have the urge to plant a tree in my garden!

The produce was excellent as well - the best strawberries we had all summer in fact. We also grabbed a brushetta to go and that was eaten all too quickly. Would love to live in Vermont near this wonderful business. I hope it thrives because they have some really good quality offerings and like I said the woman who runs it was so sweet.

Would definitely recommend, and with taxes it is closer to $100 per person but still worth it. Barn was rustic and spacious, they also provided towels to wipe down the dogs with after playing in the field. Dogs are well kept and groomed as well, no grinch toes! 10/10

The honey is a deep colour, I should have asked what they did to get the deep brown colour. I visited this location because someone told me it was an unpasteurized honey. Colour. Looks like a medium maple syrup, sweetness the same. Texture. The honey did not crystallize -weird. Taste medium sweetness not too sweet. Thickness. Runny, low viscosity than most honey farms. Tasting this, I suspect the honey is cut back a bit. Most speciality non pasteurize farms focused on honey from wild berries and variety. I'm not really a fan of this honey. I guess I got a pail of this to work on.

we showed up around 4:30 pm, fairly close to closing time, so the market had a noticeably more…read morerelaxed feel than it probably does earlier in the day. there were still plenty of people wandering through the covered aisles, browsing the colourful displays and making their final purchases. the covered section has long rows of produce stalls tucked beneath the concrete arches, with vendors on both sides displaying piles of fruits and vegetables. crates overflow with heirloom tomatoes, peppers, onions, potatoes and other seasonal produce, while huge bunches of braided garlic hang overhead, adding even more character to the space. even late in the afternoon, the colours and abundance were impressive. vendors were still proudly displaying their produce, although you could definitely sense the market winding down for the day. we picked up strawberries, blueberries and some adorable little physalis, still tucked inside their papery, lantern like husks. everything looked fresh, colourful and reasonably priced. and after all that browsing, we found a little table to sit and enjoy our berries right there at the market. honestly, not a bad way to end a market visit. tip: if you want the full jean talon experience and the widest selection, i'd go earlier in the day. arriving around 4:30 pm worked well for us because it was less hectic, but some vendors were already getting ready to wrap up.
