Dentist spoke to me in English and to my father in Mandarin very patiently. The office feels ready for COVID-19 as we had an appointment for 2pm and a patient was on their way out when we arrived. There were a few other empty rooms, which gives time to air out a previous patient. All staff there wore PPE properly. We're figuring out an issue with insurance though, as the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they took Medicare, but going there in person, another staff said they did not. We'll see what happens with it, but at least they were upfront with the all the costs associated with the exam and x-ray should insurance not cover.

I chose a dentist close to me, and it was going OK for the first two years, with the same dentist every time, and then the revolving dentist door started, and they messed my tooth up so bad. I wish I never left Dr. Kubinak to be honest. But with arms wide open, Dr. Kubinak took me in right away ASAP, first appointment he could, and through two separate sessions, I got my tooth under control again. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Tooth pain is no joke. I completely felt taken care of in his hands, I trust him completely. A week later after the root canal (which btw was the most GENTLE root canal I've ever had), he said I might have some pain from all the work...but nothing at all! I had a horrible infection going on in my body and didn't know why, and the pain was excruciating. I went to that practice many times in pain and was told it was a tooth that was right next to it. Then, I went back after my second opinion to speak to her and let her know what I had heard and she lied in my face and said antibiotics would clear it up, and I would not loose my tooth.
