The attenuation to detail Dr. Shah and his staff was top level. Even the anesthesiologist was caring and kept me relaxed before the procedure. Went to sleep and woke up with healing teat. The process is a lot more involved than what people think they know and what other dental clinics advertise. I had 18 teeth removed and upper and lower arch implanted in the same day. Incredible job, I suggest do your own research and look and communicate with your Dr. and explore what that plan of attack your surgeon wants to do. I found in my investigation, most clinic's hide or avoid the medical issues that can come up. Like body rejection, poor or excessive bone loss and more importantly, follow up care and on going maintenance for the implants. A company in Las Vegas advertises to implant you with permanent all on 4 implants but provide no follow up care or maintenance or support if something happens. Be cautious! I suggest and recommend Dr. Shah and his team for any dental needs you may have. I found it a very comforting how Dr. Shah called me several times before surgery to ensure I was comfortable with moving forward. Then when I arrived for the surgery, he was present and talking with me before his staff got involved. Top rated bedside manner. I never felt any pain, even after the healing teeth were implanted. Back then, I was very satisfied with her service and the quality of the cleaning. After moving out of state, I couldn't continue, but now that I'm back in NJ I scheduled another cleaning with her. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, which I didn't mind. I had already texted my insurance card well before the visit, so everything should have been set. However, when I arrived, I was told I needed to provide copies of my old X-rays from my previous dentist--who is out of state and two hours behind in time zone. This was impossible to arrange on short notice. The only alternative offered was to pay out of pocket for new X-rays. What's most frustrating is that they already had my insurance information, but no one took the time to verify coverage or let me know about this requirement ahead of time. Instead of getting the cleaning I had scheduled, I had to leave without treatment. Sadly, this is not the same patient-focused service I remembered years ago. As another reviewer mentioned, it feels like they are more interested in making money from unnecessary X-rays than in patient care. I will not be returning.

I am extremely upset and distressed over my visit to Da Vinci Dental yesterday. I went in to get my…read moretooth bonded by Dr Fuentes (see pictures included) and only 6 hours later, the bonding completely broke off! Bonding is supposed to last 8-10 years, and this didn't even last one DAY! All I ate a few hours after getting my tooth bonded was a turkey sandwich, and all I drank was water - nothing significant which can be blamed for this. The last time I had a tooth bonded, it lasted 10 years. I am completed baffled by this. Aside from this very obvious problem, the visit in general was less than pleasant. My appointment was at 12, I wasn't seen until 12:30 (normally I wouldn't complain about this but after such terrible work, I am sharing everything - and I feel this is the reason my appointment was so rushed). The hygienist/dental assistance, whatever you call her was snotty, rude, and incompetent - spent the majority of the time mumbling to herself under her mask if she wasn't asking you questions rudely, and she didn't know where anything was. Dr Fuentes herself is nice (I've been to her once previously) but did not explain the process whatsoever or tell me what she was doing. The entire procedure seemed rushed and unorganized and I felt very uncomfortable, however, I trusted this place and the good reviews left for this place. The first picture (on the left) is what my bonded tooth looked like immediately after leaving Da Vinci Dental (I took the picture right outside the building - the experience left me feeling uneasy so I chose to document the work done). The second picture is 6 hours later, cracked, broken, jagged. I am now torn between returning to this place that did such a horrible job and hoping they will fix it, or trying to find a new place and then paying out of pocket for an exam, X-rays, and new bonding on top of it. I will update this review if anything changes. I am horrified that I will have to see my family on Thanksgiving in a few days looking like this.

I chose a dentist close to me, and it was going OK for the first two years, with the same dentist every time, and then the revolving dentist door started, and they messed my tooth up so bad. I wish I never left Dr. Kubinak to be honest. But with arms wide open, Dr. Kubinak took me in right away ASAP, first appointment he could, and through two separate sessions, I got my tooth under control again. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Tooth pain is no joke. I completely felt taken care of in his hands, I trust him completely. A week later after the root canal (which btw was the most GENTLE root canal I've ever had), he said I might have some pain from all the work...but nothing at all!
