They do what they said they would at the price quoted with a high level of professionalism and competence by their drivers. These involved: A hospital to the airport limo to coincide with a ride for a cat and woman (who is without peer) handler to the airport and returning her home. Delivering pizza from local well regarded pizzeria's to the hospital staff. Rides to the airport for friends. I know they are excellent because every one of my family and friends who were riders rave about them. (I suggest you take that to the bank. I know these people and it's best to treat them well. Really. Good advice.) They say "Just use them !"

We decided to take the bus as it was the cheapest option for our trip, when we considered gas money and parking fees and taking a plane from Boston vs. Portland. Parking is convenient and relatively inexpensive. I liked having an electronic options for a ticket vs. paper ticket. The waiting area is stale/aged. There are restrooms. There are vending machines for food and drink. The staff was present and helpful when needed. Directing people where to line up etc and what to be prepared with when lining up. The seating area is ok - not comfortable, but there seemed to be enough seats for those that were gathered first thing in the morning. The service to Boston Logan Airport is great. They store the luggage under the bus. Drops you off at the terminal ours was E - so they gave us a luggage tag to show our terminal. It definitely made me less nervous about them accidentally unloading our luggage for the wrong people at the wrong terminal. The bus ride was fine. There is a restroom if needed on board. I like the foot rest you can use while seated. There were seatbelts available as well. No movie on the buses I was on. I will definitely use this option again if I need to fly out of Logan.

Tagging luggage according to Logan terminal was a good system. The driver and folks at the counter were friendly. The bus seating was clean and comfy. Concord is relatively high tech for a coach bus business with wifi on board, an automated safety video, and automated boarding calls in the bus terminal. Where to line up and when to arrive is clear. Water bottles are offered as you're boarding. On the bus, you have a small restroom, drink holders, outlets, and a couple trash cans. The location of the terminal in Portland is central and co-located with Amtrak. The restroom at this transportation center is nice.

I needed battery service today and as usual AAA did an excellent job of sending out a…read moreknowledgeable, polite, and professional guy (Justin). I really appreciated that he did a great job of social distancing and wore a mask as well (as did I) and did a great job explaining the battery issue. He hooked the battery up to the analyzer thingy to test it. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and didn't try to hard sell me a battery which he easily could have. I have never felt pressured by AAA to buy a battery or left confused as to what the problem was with the car. If you do need a battery AAA will bring the battery to you, install it, and it comes with a 3-year warranty. I've always gotten my batteries through them. I decided to have the car towed to a garage instead of dealing with the battery because there was another major issue with the car that would have prevented me from driving it enough to keep a battery charged. He asked me if I needed anything in the car and also if I needed any of the keys on the key ring - which I did and if it wasn't for him asking me I would be without my house keys. He called the tow truck, left the keys on the visor for the truck, and let me know that they would put me keys in the drop box at the garage. Justin told me I didn't even need to be out when they towed the car away. The tow truck was here within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend AAA. I have had such good experiences with them. Everyone they have sent has always been polite and took their time explaining things to me. The customer reps are also very nice and thorough. Thanks Justin and AAA!

Choppers, Cessnas, Navajos, Comanches, twin props, man-made props, skydiving, and other neat events go on here. Today, I came for the EAA Breakfast Fly-in. It didn't get busy until 10am or so. People of all ages came even the airdogs. Keep the bi annual BBQ going. Everyone looks forward to the events.
