Farrari fences was so easy and professional to work with. Dino was thorough and patient while organizing design and discussing cost variations prior to building. Building was quick and easy. Throughout the building process Dino was always easily accessible for questions or concerns. One railing board looked a bit wonky (some knots in the Wood) I asked for this to be replaced which it was no problem. I hired Dino to build a raised deck and stairs as part of a larger landscaping job. After the project was scoped and a deposit was made Dino arrived to pour his footings. After seeing where the footings were going to be we decided to only relocate the stairs instead of extending the deck. Dino wasn't happy with this change and decided that the stairs and the footing would be still be $12K (out of $17K)! Insulted, I asked him to leave the site but he insisted that was a fair price. He even called his sub-contractor on speaker phone to quote the job. That sub contractor put out a fair price of $700 for the days labour plus 2-3K in material. Yet, Dino still insisted he would do the stairs at 8-9K at best. At this point Dino had a large deposit so, I told him to hold it until we had time to think. A couple weeks later I asked if Dino could use the deposit to reface the deck. He said he would do it and he would send someone over. I asked him to come by first to understand what needs to be done, he refused. A couple days later materials and a sub contractor arrived to do the work. This was some of the sloppiest work I've ever seen and after showing Dino videos he agreed and was apologetic for "sending his worst guy" and that he would remedy. A couple weeks later he sent another planner over and after some chasing down Dino no longer wants repair the job and wants to return the money but keep back $1,300 2 footings (jacked up price) and $500 costs related to the mess up.
