I have been a customer for over 10 yrs. First with Country Boys now since Ferrell purchased them to. Present.. Their delivery drivers have always been friendly and courteous. Access to my tank is a bit tricky but I've always gotten a cheerful greeting I've always been given the price of any sales promotion. When talking with (US located) customer service my questions & concerns have always been taken care of. I reduced them from 5 to 4 stars because A driver shortage has lengthened delivery time, however they have only rescheduled one time, and delivered within time frame promised. ***CAUTION NEW CUSTOMER ***I terminated my service with this company today after six years of doing business with them, I can no longer handle the anxiety that I get from simply having to put in an order to have gas delivered.. today was my breaking point knowing!! I planned ahead and made the gas order ahead of time and made a when the money to fill my tank with 100 gallons of gas was taken out of my account on October 19th, 2022, during this period of time I was promised an original date of 10/26, at 9:38 AM I received an email (not a phone call) to communicate my delivery date has been changed without my notice to the 31st, on the 27th I received an automated telephone call telling me that my delivery had been canceled once again due to my animals impeding the delivery I was now scheduled for 11/6.. Putting my frustration aside I called to find out what was going on and explain to them that 11/6 was not doable for me especially when I had an email that stated October 31.. I was at home all day on October 31 with my animals inside the home and my gate was wide open for unobstructed access to the tank , I even called and spoke to Brittany at 1:57 PM to make sure I was still on the list to be delivered and was told yes ma'am that someone would be at my house and no one showed not a phone call, not an email just simply ignored.. when I called in this morning I was told that my delivery had been canceled due to my animals impeding my delivery once again, after hearing Tori telling me that I knew once again I had been lied to and no matter how much patience I find myself having with this company and If I could not swap Ferrellgas offices then I would just simply terminate the gas service altogether.. my health is far more important to me then suffering the anxiety that I feel every time I have to reach out to this company and knowing that no one cares even after you've paid for service you never get... I can only hope that they do not charge me any kind of fees pertaining to this tank and or take forever to get this tank out of my yard nor do any kind damage to my property or my fence in trying to retrieve their tank from my property.. sincerely a very disappointed and defeated customer! read more

Ferrell Gas of Commerce, GA did a super job of getting me switched from a different provider that we had a bad experience with. They were easy to talk to and work with, and have the most competitive gas rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more
