Access to my tank is a bit tricky but I've always gotten a cheerful greeting I've always been given the price of any sales promotion. When talking with (US located) customer service my questions & concerns have always been taken care of. I reduced them from 5 to 4 stars because A driver shortage has lengthened delivery time, however they have only rescheduled one time, and delivered within time frame promised. I planned ahead and made the gas order ahead of time and made a when the money to fill my tank with 100 gallons of gas was taken out of my account on October 19th, 2022, during this period of time I was promised an original date of 10/26, at 9:38 AM I received an email (not a phone call) to communicate my delivery date has been changed without my notice to the 31st, on the 27th I received an automated telephone call telling me that my delivery had been canceled once again due to my animals impeding the delivery I was now scheduled for 11/6.. Putting my frustration aside I called to find out what was going on and explain to them that 11/6 was not doable for me especially when I had an email that stated October 31.. I was at home all day on October 31 with my animals inside the home and my gate was wide open for unobstructed access to the tank , I even called and spoke to Brittany at 1:57 PM to make sure I was still on the list to be delivered and was told yes ma'am that someone would be at my house and no one showed not a phone call, not an email just simply ignored.. when I called in this morning I was told that my delivery had been canceled due to my animals impeding my delivery once again, after hearing Tori telling me that I knew once again I had been lied to and no matter how much patience I find myself having with this company and If I could not swap Ferrellgas offices then I would just simply terminate the gas service altogether.. my health is far more important to me then suffering the anxiety that I feel every time I have to reach out to this company and knowing that no one cares even after you've paid for service you never get... I can only hope that they do not charge me any kind of fees pertaining to this tank and or take forever to get this tank out of my yard nor do any kind damage to my property or my fence in trying to retrieve their tank from my property.. sincerely a very disappointed and defeated customer!

The…read moretanks are back-ordered (as are many items un these times) but the staff at Wigley have been very helpful and we think this family owned operation merits our business. We purchased propane for our RV twice at Wigley. The price was competitive with other retail propane suppliers. On our most recent stop for RV propane we arrived right at closing time. The staff were literally walking out the door as we arrived. The owner, Jeff, stayed a few more minutes to fill our tank and was that ever appreciated! That night was going to be the coldest night of the season and we didn't want to be without our generator, water heater and furnace. Thanks again for the courteous service. I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck specifically with the West Athens location in Athens,…read moreGeorgia. One day before pick up I was informed that I now had to use a UHaul neighborhood dealer on Lexington Avenue named Oglesby Automotive. When I arrived, I found that the business was closed and I had to use the mobile app in order to check in and pick up the key. But of course There was no key Weir in the lock box. So I had to access Uhaul customer service then spent 20 minutes, confirming that the dealer had not put the key in the lock box to which I was being directed, but instead, I put it in the drop off box for people returning trucks. Of course I had no Lock code access to get into that. So we spent another 20 minutes trying to track down the code so that I could then open the dropbox pull out all of the keys in there to find the one for the truck which I had rented. On top of all of that the customer service rep told me I was gonna get a $50 credit and of course when I received my bill this morning I had no $50 credit and had to go back through you all customer service in order to get that secured. Terrible experience with Uhaul and specifically with this Neighborhood dealer in an awful part of town for which I never would've signed up for but I know Uhaul reassigned it over there because I was a one-way trip and they didn't want to give up any trucks from their larger dealers.

Booked a month ahead, specifically for pickup at 2900 Atlanta Hwy. There is a pop up warning that you may have to pick up at a different location in the vicinity. OK, Athens area has dozens of locations. Day before, I get a call to pick up 40 miles away. Morning of pick up, new location calls saying they have no trucks available. I go to Atlanta Hwy for help & receive insanely rude treatment (eye rolling, told they have no obligation). Finally locate a gas guzzler of a truck 2x the size I need, 45 miles away. Uber to get it & the 1st truck has brake problems, the 2nd truck has "check engine" light on. Let me also note that every U-HAUL location I passed had many trucks on site. And that I encountered multiple customers also experiencing the same saga of events & treatment.
