He very quickly made sure I had everything I ordered and needed for moving. The only reason that this was not a 5 star rating is because none of the employees was wearing a mask. There were signs on the door stating that people who enter should be wearing a mask, however out of the 3 employees that were there, 1 was wearing a mask and she kept pulling it down while she talked to whoever she was helping. If they followed the safety recommendations they'd get a 5 star rating. I hope they see this and start masking up.

I was grateful that they were paying attention to more than just filling the tank in cold temps and that they brought my system up to a safe standard. Their customer service mannerisms were courteous and of good humor. They are long term employees which indicates that management treats them well.
