Less than a one star. My daughter was driving when a small object from another vehicle hit part of her windshield. It was still able to be driven (nothing mechanically was wrong) yet was towed without any notification to the insurance holder* myself and was only 15 minutes away from the incident. We immediately came to the tow yard and was told we could not get it the car until Monday (Hence an extra 350 charge and "daily 2 day fees"). Tow Truck Company that doesn't Tow. Service Requested on 2.14.2026. I was told that no one would come to our property to tow 5 vehicles (private property) because it was a holiday and that the company (Glenn's) did not want the bad reviews from towing. I questioned the irony of a tow truck company not towing cars. I was then told that the cars could have been folks having dinner and that I would need to wait until 11p and if the cars were still there someone would come out and tow. I again questioned as well as commented that it didn't matter what people were doing, we are a private property with posted signs and need someone to tow. The conversation ended with I could call back at 11p or not. I did call back at 11p. The staff that answered was different and more accommodating. They did not have a clue about the previous attempt to get the vehicles towed and sent someone right away. 1-5 ended up getting towed that night. Pulled out right in front of me while towing a vehicle in the city of de pere on 12-18-22. Sitting at a stop sign by rennes on 9th street the driver could have waited possibly preventing an accident especially while towing someone else's vehicle at night. I believe towing a white chevy Suburban or Tahoe I wouldn't feel too comforted if I was the owner of the vehicle knowing someone was towing said vehicle driving that way. Picked up after two rings and showed up to get a SUV out of a snowy irrigation ditch in De Pere in less than 20 minutes.

I did not need a tow but I did need a battery jumped. Service was quick and efficient, cost was low, trust me I've done this before!

We just got a tow from Glenn's tonight. We have a 24 ft Class C camper so we needed a truck tow. The tow was arranged through Ford roadside service. There were heavy rains and flooding in Green Bay so the towing services were busy. Glenn's arrived ahead of time. Professional and efficient hookup and we were on the road quickly to the repair shop. He definitely had the tow truck that was capable of doing the job. Under the circumstances they rate the five stars. I've had to get my vehicle towed back to the dealership twice this winter because of starting problems. Both times after working all night and being stranded far from home in a snowstorm. Glenns handled both situations wonderfully. They were on site within 30 minutes, gave me a ride home, handled my vehicle quickly and safely and had the best prices for towing and roadside service I've seen or been quoted by any of their competitors. Darrel (the owner) came to pick up my vehicle. He was very rude and insulting. He acted like he had better things to do and that I was ruining his day. I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes. He wasn't careful with my vehicle. Yesterday I called Glenn's at 4:30 to get my car towed, since it had died at work. The guy on the phone said it would be about an hour or hour and a half. I waited with my vehicle until about 6:20 when I called them to see how far away they were. A different guy answered the phone this time, and he said he had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently the first person I had talked to at 4:30 never relayed the message about the tow I needed. I did not receive an apology, but instead the guy told me that they were backed up with tows and dealing with police issues so he wouldn't be able to come get me until a few hours later. I said forget it, I would call someone else. Talk about terrible service. read more
