As you will see from the pictures, it didn't do much. None of their soft brushes touched the hood, roof or tailgate. All 4 wheel covers are partially cleaned. It did get the sides of my car clean so if you just want your sides cleaned, this is the car wash for you.

The second time we came was just to check what size tow hitch we needed to but before we picked up the next day and we had quite literally the same dismal customer service. When we finally picked up on a Saturday at 11 AM there was finally no line and the cashier called us over but still not friendly. I would really recommend some sort of customer service training just a smile, or a welcome we'll be with you in a minute, would have been nice from anyone in there. They did help attach the trailer to the truck and had some knowledge of the trailer which was a plus.

My card was on file but they made me continue to wait another 5 minutes before telling me they'd email me a receipt. Unheard of terrible customer service. Go anywhere else.
