Within 3 days after the estimate he had already ripped it out, updated me throughout the project. He added a 4 inch layer of rock compacted it and didn't want to do the project unless he added the rock and rebar at 18 inches on center. I am amazed at his work I wouldn't recommend anyone else. He cares for quality and the customers.
