Followed up with the company on 01/2019, got excuses on why my order was still unfulfilled, followed up again 3/2019, more excuses. Finally, I requested a refund on 3/25/19. The company promised a check had been sent on 4/13/2019, I allowed many many many weeks for the refund to process and arrive; I followed up again on 6/7/2019 after still not receiving a refund, again company stated a refund would be sent, as of today still no refund received. Company does claim that multiple refunds have been sent and returned due to no on eto sign for receipt, though we never received and "door slips for missed delivery or witnessed anyone on our doorbell cam attempting to fulfill a delivery. Keep in mind it's been mid 20's and windy all day making it harder. Just could not get the plug lined up and threaded properly. It's hard to see the plug hole due to the low location and lack of a direct eye line. When I got home I tried for 20 minutes but also could not get it lined up and started. Enter Pat and Jack Pat: the plugs doesn't go in perpendicular on that engine it's a slightly canted towards the firewall. Jack: try reverse until you feel a slight click as it seats then reverse socket wrench and tighten it down. Maybe this is all common knowledge for auto buffs but I didn't know and also I watched several YouTube videos which were useless. With these two tips I got it in the first attempt as soon as we got back home. I've always had great experiences at auto zone stores. To top it off they give a 10% veteran discount. Much appreciated all around guys. I drove him to a competitor auto parts store to ask for tips getting the new plug in without cross threading. No help. Stopped into this autozone and asked the same questions.

As a woman in her 20's, I've had some unpleasant auto shop trips where they have lied or tried to upsell me. This shop did none of that. Price was reasonable, they did what I asked and didn't try to push anything more on me. 10/10 will be back for maintenance and I highly recommend this shop to anyone else.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail.
