The flowers themselves were nice, but the size and overall value didn't match what I expected for $100. This ended up being the last time I was able to send my grandma flowers before she passed. I reached out and the only resolution they offered was 15% off a future order. Given the situation, that didn't feel like a meaningful resolution. I'm in Florida, but it's important for me to look for and work directly with great local florists when sending flowers in another city (versus a flowers.com). Studio C made ordering online very easy with a quick form and the ability to pay online with PayPal. After ordering, I got an email confirming the order. The following day they had an issue with their delivery truck being backed up and they called me to check if it would be ok to deliver the flowers first thing the following day. I didn't have a problem with that. I heard that they'd been delivered the next day and were large and beautiful. You can't ask for anything else!
