While they were on sale, nothing was communicated to me that it was final. As a matter of fact, the girl who sold me the slippers told me they could be returned if they didn't work. Why would I buy a present for someone else knowing that they couldn't be returned if they did not like them or fit? It was not noted on the receipt they were final sale. I finally got him to agree to give me store credit and proceeded to find something to use the credit for. I then found a pair of shoes (through another sales person) and he said that if I decided they didn't work I could return them. When I went to check out, the manager spoke up and said they could not be returned--that they were final sale. The sales person gave him a strange look and said "I didn't know that". While I was trying on clothes, they checked in a few times to see if I needed anything or if they could grab items that o wasn't purchasing. They helped looked for items in different sizes for me. The layout of the location in Green Hills is fantastic. It's spacious and you don't feel crowded by other customers. Racial Profiling…read more I've visited this store several times since moved back to the area. This is the 3rd time I've been racially profiled. I decided to stop in after work yesterday and shop for some Spring items I saw on the website. I was greeted (which was nice) and said hello back. Then was followed around the store repeatedly asking to take my items to a dressing room. I know this is common but I said "no, I shop here often and know my sizes and want to match some things up." And one lady proceeded to follow me, literally hover over my shoulder and continued to walk behind me through the store. I reported this to the cashier. But wanted to write a review, since this has happened to me multiple times. I won't be back and won't spend more money here. I've shopped in Seattle & Dallas where's I've previously lived and always had great experiences. This location gives racist vibes. And I'm reaching out to headquarters.
