Absolutely Horrible Experience - Do NOT Go to Fetch Body Piercing in Redding, CA I had the worst experience at Fetch Body Piercing, and I honestly regret stepping foot in that place. First off, the unprofessionalism was off the charts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no concept of basic customer service. Justin, who I later found out was the piercer, was not only rude and dismissive, but his attitude made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Now, let's talk about unsanitary conditions. The shop was filthy, and I felt more like I was in a back alley than a place that should be maintaining any standards of cleanliness. The equipment looked like it hadn't been properly sterilized, and I could see dirty surfaces everywhere. I even questioned if they used proper procedures before piercing me. For a place that deals with body piercing, this was terrifyingly unprofessional. But the worst part was the unsafe atmosphere. Justin was extremely inappropriate in his interactions. He kept making me and my daughter feel uneasy with comments that seemed borderline perverted. The way he kept looking at my daughter and kept getting too close for comfort was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I was honestly worried about my daughter's safety and regret not walking out immediately. If you value professionalism, cleanliness, and safety, do not go to Fetch Body Piercing. Justin is a nightmare of a human being, and this place should be shut down. Stay far, far away. read more

I've been to fetch twice now. The first time I went with my friend who had never gotten a piercing before so she was SUPER nervous. We were going in together to get helix piercings. The guy who did our piercing's did my friend's piercing first since she was so nervous. She had so many questions and he calmly and patiently explained everything very nicely and explained everything that he was doing. Her piercing was done quickly and professionally. She felt great about it afterwards and they provided juice boxes afterwards to help with her shakes. They were very kind and patient in explaining aftercare and any follow up. They made themselves very accessible through their Instagram and made it clear that we were welcome to come in anytime for checkups or questions. I had to go in a second time a few months later because my piercing was acting up badly. (Totally my fault. I didn't follow the aftercare even though it was super easy) The same guy checked it out and told me I should let it heal and he would repierce it for me for free. Seriously so nice and easy to to talk to. The repiercing went even better than the first time. Seriously so smooth and professional. Love the atmosphere. Had a really great time and the staff there were so friendly and took all the time we needed to get the piercings done and inform us on care and jewelry while chatting with us to keep us entertained during our visit. Nothing felt rushed, there is great care put into their procedures. Piercings didn't hurt at all either, Justin did a great job with them. It's obvious they are experienced in their craft. I appreciate all the care and attention they gave. Jewelry is a bit pricey it seems but worth the quality (they are medical grade and have a lifetime guarantee), and they look awesome as well. The aftercare instructions seemed a bit different from what most piercers say, in regards to how to clean them, but Justin has 15 years experience and I trust his advice, it's very reasonable, and I've had no problems yet with my cartilage piercings as a result! He recommends leaving it alone completely, and using plain water to rinse it once or twice a day, ideally in the shower, and that's worked fine for me so far. Will definitely visit again. read more

So far I have been pierced here twice (eyebrow and septum), and have had an amazing experience. Unfortunately I don't know the name of my piercer, but they were extremely professional and friendly. Every single step was explained to me, no surprises. Every question I could think of was very clearly answered, everyone there was very knowledgeable, and if somebody couldn't answer a piercing question for me they'd find somebody who could. The jewelry and services are by no means cheap, but it is made up for in quality, which I believe makes pricing completely reasonable. Jewelry selection is beautiful as well. This will always be the place I recommend to go for piercings, and the only place I will go for my future piercings. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Justin did my piercing, I got a conch piercing, and he was so attentive and also took into consideration the fact that I have to wear a mask for work so he made sure to put it in a spot where the mask wouldn't bother the piercing. The vibe of the store is so cool, and you can tell everyone loves their jobs so it makes a really fun environment to go to! I even had to wear my mask the next day at work and had very minimal pain even though I just got the piercing yesterday. I will definitely come back here! read more

Justin is the absolute best piercer! I was recommended Justin's shop from my town's shop as I was moving up to Redding for school. I first came to Justin with past piercings and he explained everything so I understood. This was my second nose piercing because my previous one was ripped out then closed (RIP) and my experience was SOOO much better here! It hurt wayyyyy less, and the piercer (Justin) told me that he knows how to do it in a way that hurts way less and he really came through with that! We took our 9 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. There were 2 piercers who simultaneously pierced her ears. They were attentive to detail in making sure the piercings were even. They were patient and explained everything well. I got my ears pierced for the first time almost a month ago. Yes I feel like it was overpriced but they did an amazing job. By the time the guy was done, I knew that my ears and earrings were clean.
