This place watched my diabetic cat for a week and he got best care around. Highly recommend, they also watched my other cat. Robyn was very helpful at Fetch pet care and all her associates were so nice. So happy with the last minute care I got for my cats. I had a family member ill in May of 2021 and had to leave town and she was so helpful. I was so worried about who to leave my cat with, that is currently taking insulin for diabetic condition. Robyn's employees came to my home and gave my cat insulin and took great care of my cat . Both my cats her employees took the time to feed and walk and clean.. I am a sitter for Fetch. Working for Fetch has been an awesome experience! Not only have I fell in love with everyone of my puppies, I have made some awesome friends with my clients! I have never had any problems with getting a reliable, kind and caring sitter for our Weimy Kain, and in fact Robyn has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to ensure Kain found not only a good sitter, but also one who was suitable to his size and active lifestyle. Furthermore, Robyn seems to genuinely care about our boy and us as clients - instead of treating us like walking dollar signs like a number of other services and boarding kennels we've tried. Robyn has come to my aid twice this past year and has done a great job both times! Her answering service (Lora) is wonderful as well! I consider my little dude (adult cat) to be family, and it is very tough to find a service that I can trust with his welfare. Growing up my mother worked for a pet sitting service and I was allowed to go with her on occasion to help out. It was definitely NOT an easy job!! Most people with pets have very specific needs and requirements and yet expect to pay less than they would a basic babysitter. I can't say enough good things about Fetch! I had a last-minute family medical emergency and needed to fly to the midwest and find somewhere to board my 11 year old deaf lab for a week. I'd never used a pet sitting service before and was very anxious about what I could expect, especially since my dog is older and has special needs. Robyn was patient and understanding about my last-minute call and assured me that my dog would be safe and well-taken care of. And she certainly was. My dog liked Jocelyn immediately; she was gentle and kind and made Gretyl feel safe -- my biggest worry with a dog who has hearing issues and is anxious and easily frightened. I board my best friend Charlie here when I had to go out of town for business. Charlie is a chow mix and he doesn't warm up to people as quickly like other dogs. In fact, my friends and family all call Charlie "the Diva" whenever he shows a bit too much attitude. I was really worried that Charlie may not like the idea of boarding so I took him to Fetch first for some much needed grooming. After some initial nervousness, Charlie eventually warmed up to the staff. And the Diva really liked the "do" he got because he kept checking himself out in the hall way mirror. The staff is really nice when I called in to check on Charlie while I was away. I'm not going anywhere else, Charlie is comfortable and well taken care of by the staff at Fetch. read more

robyn at fetch pet care was terrific in helping us with our 3 dogs find a private residence with no other animals. this was the first time any of our dogs were boarded and we were away from them (the eldest being 8). robyn reassured us that our dogs would be well taken care of. candace and kirk were terrific. so nice and caring. they were able to pick up on our dogs personalities, good/bad habits, etc. in such a short time. i got daily emails with stories of their adventures of the day which i looked forward to. our dogs were so well taken care of and had a great vacation away from us and their usual surroundings. we were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding in costa rica to the fullest thanks to fetch! read more

We have used Fetch! a number of times and have been thrilled with their personalized service. On our last few trips, we had older cats who required extra care and medication, and the pet sitters were gentle and kind. We appreciated the updates to know all was well. I live in Kentfield and after 30 years of dogs (Alaskan Malamutes) I now have hens -- they're not the same as having dogs by any means, but they are sweet, lay lovely eggs, are considered outside "family members," and they do need a good deal of care and protection from predators -- I often think dogs are much easier to care for than hens! Thanks to Robyn and Fetch, I was able to fly away in September for nearly two weeks in Maui knowing that the hens (plus my mail, packages, and newspapers) were well-taken care of -- no worries lead to great vacations! We have 2 mature cats, both who now need medication on a regular basis. On our last trip, I was concerned about their health and wasn't sure if we could leave. Our sweet petsitter Lois cared enough to stop by to see the new routine before we left and was able to get them both to comply the whole time! Hello I have used Fetch Pet Care for almost a year and endorse their services. We have no family around us, so I rely on their dog services as we travel a lot. Buddy is in good hands with his primary care giver Todd. We always know how Buddy is doing because they post pictures and an update every day. Couldn't be more happy with Fern, who we were lucky enough to book to watch our wild puppy for a week. She was extremely flexible, understanding, and communicative - ideal when you yourself have separate anxiety! She sent regular updates and a few cute pics and responded to texts promptly. She also provided helpful feedback for potential issues that she observed. We really liked Fetch as a service... I am not super tech savvy and struggled with the app, not finding it to be very intuitive. However, everything was easily clarified and booked via email which I really appreciate.
