Unfortunately, it was not a match (our little girl was way too shy and reserved to be a good fit for Basia's pack). But we so appreciated Basia's proactive and kind communication throughout the process. We got to spend some time with Basia and meet some of her other doggie clients, and I was so impressed by her attention to detail with all of the dogs, her honesty and transparency about anything we asked, and the fact that her space is so neat, clean, and organized. She loves her job so much that she has pictures of the dogs she cares for all over her house, which is really sweet. I wish it had been the right match for our dog, but I appreciated Basia's honesty about why it wasn't. I would feel completely comfortable recommending her to others based on the interactions we had with her.

The ER doc said prepare for the cat to die "within days or weeks." Well, thanks to Silvia's care, it is two months later and he's still going and comfy. His kidney readings are less than half of what they were in the ER, thanks to daily fluid therapy. Although I teched at a vet clinic 35 years ago, I would not have been able to administer the daily subcutaneous fluids myself. Silvia's years of vet tech experience help her administer fluids, shots and meds in a way where the cat doesn't even know it is happening. She's great with trimming kitty nails too. She's a great person to boot.

We love Park-a-Pup!…read more My husband and I have been sending my dog here for boarding/daycare since they opened. Park-a-Pup has great prices. Our dog always comes home happy and tired from playing with the other dogs. I love that he gets so much exercise and socialization! He's really well taken care of here. He even had a medical issue once during boarding. Park-a-Pup immediately called us to notify us, and we came back early from our trip to take him to the vet.
