He can't communicate, lied several times (have proof), he takes days off without leaving anyone to update you on your car that they had for over two weeks when he kept promising multiple dates after the current lie passes. Today, i've spent 3 hours of my day waiting for an oil change. I checked in at 9:50am and I am still here at nearly 1:00pm. No one has come to me in the waiting room to check in. The service department charges you to disassemble so they can take photos to send to infinity. Mechanic are not knowledgeable when it comes to anything ore than an oil change and simple repairs. Beware of the risks in having your vehicle serviced by Fette Infiniti. It was my experience that they are dishonest about repairs needed and will charge obscene prices for parts and labor. When I sought recourse from Infiniti North America, they basically advised me that their dealers are independent and could charge whatever they want for repair items. A complete lack of respect all around. I dropped my car off at 9:30 am for an oil change/tire rotation. I didn't hear from them all day, at 6pm I called them and was told they lost power and my car would be ready in the morning. Luckily I was off work the next day and my husband works from home so I had a ride. But no phone call? You don't call your customer and let them know? What if I needed my car to get to work in the morning. Honestly I would have shrugged it off but then it just got worse. When I went to pick up my car the woman who rung me up did not even so much as look at me. I'm not exaggerating. She was talking to another coworker and it honestly felt like she was being rude on purpose. She held her hand out silently to me. I guess for a credit card? Then she hands me back my card and receipt and doesn't say a thing or look at me. It was just disrespectful. No "here you go, have a nice day" to signal the end of the transaction. My husband and I just leased a new Qx60 from this dealership after checking out another well established dealership of the same brand. We spoke to 2 salesman's and compared prices for a new QX 60 lux. Fette quoted us a slightly lower price for "supposedly " same car. I wanted to give the business to them as the salesman was a new young man and felt it would be nice to give him a chance. When we got there to sign docs I asked to see the car. Was told it was being cleaned and prepped??? After signing all paperwork I was shown the car , they look similar and he really didn't know much about the workings of car. Sticker had been removed from window. When I got home I saw it folded and thrown on the floor... well apparently it wasn't the lux model but the pur and it is the base model.. we immediately called dealership and manager who would NOT call us back. So they charge us basically same For lower model Car. When we finally got him he said not possible to get that car for that price which we proceeded to show him the actual quote in writing from the competitor. He capitulated etc. now 2 weeks later and no answer.. either exchange car for what we asked for or reduce price for this one. Long story short this gentleman was very disrespectful nasty unprofessional and a liar because I took my car to another Infiniti which diagnostic was $150 also receive the loaner and I didn't have to pay because my warranty covered it. I purchased my QX60 from this dealership and the sales process was typical dealership negotiating tactics. I recently brought my car in for service - we all know that dealership service costs are inflated, but I had a lot of work to be done and I needed a loaner. Among other things, they told me I needed two new tires at a cost of $650 - inflated price, I know, so I declined. I had to bring my car in for service the next week for a warranty covered issue that couldn't be done the first week, and I figured let's just get the tires replaced rather than bring it somewhere else, and I had their loaner again. In a week the price for the same brand tire went from $650 to $950 - when I called them on it, I was told that the first quote I received was incorrect. Never again will I bring my car for service here - yes, dealer service fees are inflated but that is just unconscionable - they essentially make up the prices as they go along. read more

Just wanted to share some information for those looking to buy an infiniti from this dealership. -I didnt purchase the infiniti from this dealership only because they did not have the stock for 2018 Q50s but if they did I definitely wouldve bought it from them (If the price was right haha). -What I want to stress is the Sales & Leasing Specialist Raphael P. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. As a small business owner I hate to write reviews like this but I have been left with no choice. I purchased a BRAND-NEW 2022 QX50 from Fette Infiniti on 2/24 (Thursday). I had to return the vehicle on 3/4 (Friday)after only driving it a for about ~190 miles because I received a "Key System Error" and the Check Engine Light came on. They didn't look at the car the day that I returned it despite me bringing it in first thing in the morning, that meant I was stuck with a loaner that smelled like stale smoke and looked like it had been in a roller derby for the duration of the weekend (they only do oil changes and basic service on the weekend). They finally looked at the car for the first time on Monday (3/7) and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and stated they "needed more time". On Tuesday I tried to call and speak to the manager (Vincent M. Grace) who was "busy in a meeting". After not being able to get anyone on the phone I went to the dealership in person. Once there I was informed that all the managers "were in meetings". Too busy to meet with a customer who paid ~$50K for a BRAND-NEW CAR that after being barely driven was still in their Service department with no idea what was wrong with it. At that point, I let them know that I wanted to return the car and just receive a refund. They told me they couldn't do that and that I would have to call Infiniti Consumer Affairs, when I asked for the phone number, Juan (the Sales Manager), who eventually met with me, told me I could look it up online. I asked to speak with the Executive Manager (Vincent M. Grace) and again and again was refused despite me seeing him walking back and forth through the dealership after he was allegedly in meetings. To date, he has never called me. On Wednesday (3/9) they had an Infiniti Engineer visit their dealership to look at they car. They determined that there was transmission fluid where it wasn't supposed to be and the likely way that happened was the car was inverted 45 degrees or more during transport. So, NOT AN ISSUE I CAUSED. They tell me that the solution will be to replace the wiring/connectors, or replace the transmission and connectors or replace the car. On Thursday (3/10) they tell me that the recommendation is to replace the transmission. Someone please tell me why I would want a car with a "new" transmission after less than a week of being driven (only drove it 4-5 days since I bought it when I had to take it back). I have called Infiniti Consumer Affairs, who is working it, but I have NEVER received a call from the manager of the dealership or the owner (John L. Fette) despite sending emails and or calling to speak with them. They could take my $50K but they can't sell me a working vehicle or provide basic, decent customer service. I want my money back, plain and simple. They can't even get the transmission until 3/28 which will be 24 DAYS SINCE I have returned the car to them. As a small business owner, I am appalled at this treatment. The whole reason for me purchasing a BRAND-NEW car was to ensure reliability. I don't trust the car they return to me will be reliable since it was pretty much defective since Day one. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants confidence that they will get what they pay for or that the dealership will help you resolve any issues. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. UPDATE: The dealership responded to my review and asked me to call them. They have my number, no one there has bothered to call me and say anything since they told me last week that I needed a NEW TRANSMISSION in my week-old vehicle. I just started a new job and have been looking for cars online. I came across the QX60 and the website had this listed at $12.9k, obviously an error. I reached out to the dealer and asked about the price as I would be there immediately to buy this car essentially sight unseen. I was sent an email regarding the car and sent the screen shot of the website. The reply I got was "this is obviously an error, look at the window sticker and that price is the accurate price." So, I looked and the price is 62k, 50k more than listed on their site. So I replied "the 1 and 6 are not close to each other on the keyboard, and since this is not a typo, I believe this price should be considered," going there would be a negotiation to get the 62 price tag down. I bought 2019 CPO qx60 I bought my car middle of August, CPO 2019 Qx60 no plates or registration yet, today is 10/7/21 also I found rust underneath the driver seat and and the steering wheel, plus only one key that's working and second was not working, I called them and was told to come back to the dealer to reprogram the second key, it's like 2 hrs drive each way The rust I found underneath the steering wheel and driver seat, In CPO, 2019, which should have been inspected by dealership before certification. I Called many people and got no where, finally I called infinity company and opened a case, I got the key to be done in a closer dealership, and have been told I will be updated about ordering driver seat frame like 5 weeks in a row and finally got my car done and got my plates with registration after more than 2 months , They are dishonest. I was almost able to get the Downpayment down to the area of my desired budget. But when I called the next morning Pierre gave me the original price and completely disregarded what we have agreed upon . I also mentioned that I was a military veteran and a first responder and asked to lower my monthly price. They completely ignored that matter. Very un professional. The kind who doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. -1 for the one salesmen I recently met there who gave me the classic sleazy car salesmen vibe, pinstriped suit and all. On January of 2020 I financed a CPO 2016 Q50S. The same day I took my car home it broke down on me and had to get it towed back to infiniti. A couple of days later I got a call from infiniti stating my engine seized and has to be replaced which was covered under warranty. After I got my car back with a new motor it was making a loud rattling sound so I had to take it back to see what that sound was. Infiniti then replaced the turbos which fixed the issue. As time goes on I had nothing but issues with my car which infiniti has all documents on file, I also brought the car to them twice because I was smelling antifreeze and losing coolant as well. They were not able to find out what was wrong with my car. As time went on I found myself having to add antifreeze to my car once a week. I then made an appointment with infiniti a couple of weeks ago to try again and see if they can figure out what's wrong. They then found sludge in the motor and said it was not maintained properly. I got an oil change every 3000 miles and took very good car of my car with my trusted mechanic because I couldn't trust infiniti servicing my car anymore. Now my car is out of warranty, infiniti had to break down the engine to see why there was sludge in the engine. They were not able to give me an answer that makes sense and told me I need another new engine and turbos and quoted me 28k to fix. They were still not able to tell me why my car was losing coolant but charged me 2,500.00 to tell me it needs another new engine and turbos. I then called infiniti corporate to file a complaint and they said there is nothing they can do. Infiniti pretty much blamed me for their horrible service there technician did to my car. Now I don't have a reliable vehicle and have to buy another car. This is unacceptable and I am considering legal actions to get this resolved. read more
