My wife and I were about to have our third child and decided it was time to get our first family car. We had no idea where to start but a friend recommended Make & Model and we're so glad they did! They couldn't broker the deal for us but instead of steering us back to one of their own dealers, they armed us to the teeth so that we could negotiate the absolute best deal possible for ourselves. Simple things that we wouldn't have thought of like the what time of day to schedule the signing, which add-ons to take and which to skip, what questions to ask about the return process, etc. In the end, we got the right car at the right price without losing any sleep or getting any (new) gray hairs and they got costumers for life with us.
