I often had to follow up myself, and updates were rarely provided without prompting. It has been nearly a year since my accident, and there have been significant delays in obtaining records from the clinics I attended for imaging and rehabilitation. Throughout the process, I did not feel that my case was being handled with urgency or genuine care. Overall, I am not satisfied with the level of service I received and would not choose this firm again or recommend them to others.

Being juggled between different attorneys and most of them, not knowing which way they're going. James Smith is about as handy as a screen door on a submarine. Dont waste your time! Get a real attoney that calls you back and makes you feel that your human. I had to beg for call bacl and action from them. After 7 weeks of waiting check never came. Yes you read that right, 7 weeks. Could you imagin going 42 days with no form of payment. They have no heart, no morals no nothing. As a military vet, I got treated like shit. Broken promises, days and weeks waiting for a simple call back, had enought yet. Safe yourself time, energy and fustration. Stay away from them!
