He was absolutely TERRIBLE about getting back to me either by phone or email. Id say he returned my call maybe 1 in 20 times. Pat F handled most of the calls and emails. She was great, always returned calls and emails but didnt always know answers so it was necessary to talk to Marcello at times. He refused to get back to me after multiple messages and emails. We had our closing a few weeks ago and there were some loose ends I needed to finish up. I emailed him last week and as always, he never replied. So today I called and talked to Mr Bluestein and explained to him the situation and asked him why, if Marcello took on my case, he never called me back. The only answers I ever got from anyone was that he was really too busy to get back to me...or sick .....or on vacation. After my call with Mr B, Marcello FINALLY did email me back and basically told me to take my business elsewhere....this after I spent close to $10,000.00 with this firm. If a lawyer doesnt have the time to get back to his clients, he should not take that client on. Do not use Marcello if you want things done in a timely matter or if you want to get calls returned to you. He is not the man for the job.

I got medical attention not only from a pain management doctor, but I needed to see a chiropractor as well, and this went on for weeks; mind you, my accident was in March, and I ended my treatment this past June. In the midst of me going to therapy, MRI appointments, chiropractic appointments, and all of the pain meds, and working a full-time job, the original lawyer for my case quit the firm; I was never notified. Along with that, the paralegal on the case, she quit as well. By this time, I have a new lawyer(who I have only spoken with once) another paralegal, that doesn't know any details of my case. I get random text messages from a person who never responds back, but choses not to greet me correctly, then those texts stop. Let's be honest, I was hit by a drunk driver, even though I did all of the therapy, I am still having major back pain. I have been ready to settle this case with this firm and Enterprise for months now, and I haven't heard anything. Read all of their information before retaining them, and Top Dog Law, you should be ashamed of yourself for dealing with this law firm under your name. I'm a disabled retired first responder, whom has never felt so violated, disrespected and…read more disregarded by a vendor whose services I had contracted. A real estate agent and a broker from Howard Hanna Rand, came to my residence this morning, as I have been shopping for a real estate company to represent me on the sale of my residence. This was the first meeting where we were only discussing informational options on the types of services they could provide me. On arrival my ex wife told my parents, "You can leave." I was not comfortable with this and voiced my disagreement. My ex wife who is selling the house with me, teamed up with the real estate agent who proceeded to threaten to have my parents arrested for criminal trespass in my own house, since they come over and help me with my disability and so I felt comfortable with my ex wife in the house. As a disabled person, my parents are critical to my safety and daily help. To my dismay, the real estate agent insisted that my ex should call the police, to have my parents arrested and thrown out of my house. When the police arrived they informed the real estate agent and my ex, that they were unable to "throw out" my parents. They also convinced me to give them access to my children's room, but protected my lawful privacy and advised that it would be unlawful for the real estate agent and ex wife to gain access to any doors that were locked. The real estate then went through my house, taking pictures of each room and allowing my ex wife to record on her camera. I was told that they would be back to take professional pictures of the property. The real estate agent wanted access to my locked bedroom. Again I disagreed and voiced my opinion on the matter, and was ask by the agent, "What are you hiding in there? I'm here, I want to go in." Which I asked why if they were taking professional pictures did they need to go in now I could take pictures and send it to them. Instead of listening to my objection they unlocked my bedroom door and began taking pictures of my uniform and rummaged through my personal property. I would never recommend anyone to take on business with an organization that employs heartless, cold, unprofessional, disrespectful, deceitful, delusional and deeply psychologically disturbed people as was the real estate agent who visited my house this morning. Howard Hanna Rand, this man is a liability who will ruin your company and reputation for years to come. I would be happy to discuss with a representative if they reach out to me and ensure me that this gross mistreatment will be dealt with accordingly.
