The associate there, Thomas, was patient, helpful and found the issue with my phone and fixed the problem. He made sure to explain to me exactly what had caused the problem and how to prevent it again. No charge, you can't beat that for value!! I know a lot of folks seem to be down on Best Buy... but they must not have met Thomas when they were there. I brought in my old and new computers and after about two weeks received them back. The old computer would not boot so it turns out then when best buy worked on the drives they failed to put back the Sata cables so the disk drives weren't seen. Prior to that The USB ports were inoperable, so I had to remove the button battery and reinstall it. This cleared up the USB ports so I could use the mouse and keyboard again, but the Sata drives were still inoperable. I then tried to attach Dropbox to the new computer and it failed. After spending hours trying to get dropbox fixed, the Geek Squad gave up and told me to contact Dropbox support. So I called Best Buy and told them I wanted a refund on the $199 I paid for the protection plan. They told me my refund would be $23 because they actually worked hard to mess up my computers. Be wary of using the Geek Squad because their policies are not user friendly.

The Wherehouse is quite literally a giant warehouse. Plenty of good pieces as well as some junk. A lot of chairs, old furniture, and random items (my favorite was the child's Oscar Meyer Weiner car lol.) I was looking for something very specific and so this place didn't satisfy my needs, but this was a cool spot to look around. I think the value was pretty good overall for what they had available. And don't even get me started about how the artwork was outside! I took a bunch of photos. Probably like others do as well. Ha ha. Didn't interact with any staff during my time there, but that is honestly honestly just fine with me. They seemed like good people from far away.

"Fortunately" there were several bags that had opened, so I could check them out. I decided on a brown mulch for the garden bed. I paid for the bags sadly they did not have any more plastic sheets for the car. Leo loaded my car, he was awesome. He picked out bags that were intact and made sure I could see out the back window. I decided to give them another chance recently, bought 2 plants, and quarantined this time- both were crawling with mealies within 2 weeks. I thought I checked the leaves well enough at the shop, but I guess not. None of my other plants have mealies. This store definitely has a years long mealy infestation. If you call them about it- they will deny it.
