I hired Fickproclean &Restoration to clean the carpet in my sister's condo. Ras Fick was able to work with my schedule and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very thorough and was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and products. When the upstairs neighbor came down to see what was going on, she was so impressed by the quality of his work that she hired him to clean her carpets, too. Over an hour and a half late, took much longer than initially told to do a two-bedroom apartment, did not remove several light stains which management said other companies have always easily been able to remove. ETA in response to comment: Our cat never peed on the carpet, the stain isn't yellow. You should probably ask more questions when scheduling appointments so you can better estimate times. read more

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. First he tried to tell me that it's an extra $15-$40 per room for deodorizing, which is on top of what I paid. He claimed that it was in the fine print. I read the fine print and it wasn't there. He heard my hesitation and said, "ok, I'll do it all for $40". Then we talked about how many rooms, I said 6. He said they don't have a deal for 6. I purchased a Groupon from this place for a six room steam clean. He told me that Groupon must've made a mistake because they don't offer the six room steam clean. Well, I'm sorry to tell you that I got your phone number from the Groupon voucher. Maybe it's something you need to take up with Groupon. He proceeded to convince me that I was wrong. Dude, I have the voucher in front me. He told me that he shouldn't be liable for other company's mistake. I agree with that, but I'm shouldn't be the one stuck in between your business with Groupon. So, now he won't honor the Groupon. What I think is that he knows he might lose money on the deal and that's why he's backing out of it. I've contacted Groupon and they are going to investigate. We will see what happens next..... Update: I'm getting more text from this company. Now he's threatening to talk to his attorney because I'm misrepresenting his company on Yelp. I'm only telling the truth. And he told me that his brother (the guy I spoke with before) was wrong because he didn't know that the 6 room deal expired. So instead of offering to honor my Groupon, he is accusing me of using an expired Groupon and getting a service for free. We have had Fickpro come take care of our carpets 3 times now. Each time they have been professional and courteous. The crew has always been timely and made time for us when we needed the job done. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and they even did the edge vacuuming and stair vacuuming for us before cleaning. Fickpro is awesome and will continue to have them service our carpets. I was told (by the owner) that he was not in town, and would text me his "colleagues" number. Upon calling this colleague; his VM was full, and he didn't answer. After multiple attempts at calling, I texted him. 48 hours later...nothing. I texted him again to tell him they've lost a potential customer. This is not how you run a business. read more

Had my family room carpet cleaned, Fick did a great job. He gave me an estimate through texts and he ended up being a few dollars cheaper. He showed up a few minutes early, went over the issues with my carpet and was done within an hour. Cleaned up everything like he wasn't even here. I would recommend this company. read more

We used Fickpro cleaning for our apartment carpet upon move out. They were quick and did an excellent job ! They were able to clean ground in soda and pet stains. I wish I would've read the Yelp reviews (like Gloria's below) prior to purchasing a Groupon voucher for this company. BEWARE, for every carpet cleaning there is an additional $15-25 fee PER ROOM (which is not stated in the fine print as a fee for each room). Meaning for a 5-room cleaning, there is up to an additional $125 on top of the $139 you paid for the voucher. I did contact the merchant, who blamed it on Groupon for not putting his exact words in the fine print. However, he refused to honor the wording of the voucher, even after a screenshot of fine print. They very well may do fine quality work, but offering a service under false pretenses with hidden fees constitutes predatory sales tactics. read more

Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. I did a deal through groupon so it was $55 for a carpet clean which would have been nice. We meet him at the unit and he got all set up and said he was missing a piece and could not connect his equipment. He leaves to go to his "wearhouse" and is gone for 3 hours while we wait. He then calls and says his company left him the wrong piece of equipment at the "wearhouse" he went to and can't clean the carpets until the morning. I meet him there the next morning and he starts setting up and complaining how he won't be making any money on this job and that the living room is too big and that his equipment isn't working right. He then tells me he's not going to clean my carpet and leaves. Avoid this company..... read more

I've used FickPro twice, once upon move-out of the house I rented, and the second time to clean an area rug and shampoo my couch. I have been pleased both times. Carpet cleaning was thorough, and my couch looked new. The cushions were pretty gross because of my two kids, I'm really happy with the way it came out. I would definitely use again. read more

Bought a Groupon for Fickpro called to schedule appointment he told me that I was out of his area, there was no areas listed on deal. He then told me I would have to pay more then what I already paid for pretreatment of carpet. I feel that he was not honest and he tried to up sell. He then tells me that isn't making enough money off the deal and I should just ask for a refund. read more
