They missed A LOT…read moreOF PLACES: cabinets in the bathroom did not get wiped off, baseboard in the kitchen got missed, I have not checked other baseboard in other areas yet because I pointed out many places already, marks/ residuals on the shelves inside of the refrigerator were still there and on the outside as well, marks/residuals on dishwasher were still there, spider webs were there still, they told me they swept the garage (I attached the pics so you can see what they left off).... Many many more places that got missed. I do not recommend this company to anyone, will definitely never hire them again. Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. Their quote is similar or even higher than other quotes that I got, so my trust was put in a wrong place. Please see a few pics here after they were done cleaning. Be ware to take pics before and after so you can compare because they will not be responsible when they caused damages.

I'm so confident in Caleb's high standard that I specify in my commercial and residential leases that upon moving out, the tenant must have the carpets cleaned by A Clean Carpet Company. Additionally, I utilize his services, which extends beyond cleaning carpets in my personal home, too. Caleb has responded to a few water flood emergencies. Once in my personal home, and the most recent when a pressurized fire suppressant pipe burst on the top floor of a 3-story building. I contacted him on Sunday in January that it was spewing out 30 to 100 gallons of water per minute for 30 minutes. He responded immediately and extracted hundreds of gallons of water from the building. What a blessing to help minimize the destructive power of water. His office manager, Judy, for the past 21 years, has been a great delight to work with because of her professionalism and cheerful demeanor. After the initial deep clean, they came every two weeks and left the place perfect and sparkling every time. I especially appreciate the little touches like creatively folding back the tips of the bath tissue rolls.
