SCAM SCAM SCAM I PROMISE YOU! DO NOT HIRE!!!! To respond to his story: I am very happy to pay people for a good job, even a mediocre job all the time. I only refused to pay until the job was done, like any normal business transaction. He text blasted me for hours until I finally gave in only because he promised to finish the job. Any business that can't wait until the job is complete shows they are desperate thus not as successful as they claim. Which made me suspicious so I looked up his business and can't find a thing except for his website. Point is, said he could do a job, promised to come back and complete the job including windows "market ready" and did not - after getting paid. Didn't call or text to say he wasn't even planning on returning. If you get paid you should do what you promised to do. How would you feel if you still had a filthy house - we're made to pay anyway - and they just have your money - robbed.

They were reliable and dependable. I had no reservations about them being in my home while I was not there. My frustrations came from a recurring pattern of missing details. For example: they left the door to my cat's litter box closed & he had an accident as a result. Several times surfaces like the mirrors & glass cooktop were streaky. They "organize" while they clean, but this often resulted in things being put in different places that were not logical to where they started. Dust on the bathroom light fixtures and top of the toilet tanks were never wiped down. I could potentially overlook these details but not for the cost. A team of two would be at my house for less than 90 minutes for a cost of $180. I would recommend them if you're not as concerned with these kinds of details.

I had guests coming that weekend, but fatigue took me down and my last resort was getting help washing dishes, cleaning the microwave, wiping down kitchen counters, cleaning the toilet (no easy task) and bathroom sink/counter, and taking out recycling. They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - she got my toilet cleaner than I thought possible and was able to explain the reason for the light discoloration that couldn't be gotten rid of (which was very helpful). The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job. My floors are beautiful but very difficult to clean, so I was very impressed - no streaks! She was also very conscious of not "overstaying her welcome" (for lack of a better phrase). She offered options for coming back and is very flexible and open. Great work ethic and kind heart. Highly recommend her.
