Staff is attentive and a great attitude. They made sure I had what I needed and were enjoyable to talk to....great experience.

Fidelity Healthcare billing is terrible. I have an automatic deduction coming out each month for a CPAP. My credit card expired and I have tried four attempts to call and give them the correct information. Their voicemail says they will return the call by 5:00pm the next day. Four times, never happened. They send email and says to access the info online. I give all the required information on the registration screen and it says the system cannot find my information. Please, someone fire whoever is in charge and bring someone in with experience to provide customer service. I had to give at least one star rating, but that is overdoing it. read more

Physical Therapy did not start until 6 days after my surgery when it should have started within 3. This put my therapy almost a week behind. I was told a nurse would see me in a week to change dressing. I called Fidelity at noon to be told I would be seen by 2nd shift nurse who doesn't start until 5pm. So when will I be seen? Awful communication!!!!! They make you wait the day of your care to set the appointment up. My nurse has yet to call me back after two pages from fidelity. It's 1pm. I'm supposed to have daily wound care so it's not just something I can go without. I'm furious. read more

Literally, the WORST home healthcare company in the Dayton area. Miami Valley Hospital recommended them (since they are owned by Premier) so we used them for my 89 year old father when he was released from a hospital stay. It took over two weeks for an initial visit and the equipment division, which rents the oxygen, has been completely unhelpful and disinterested. They drop equipment off to my elderly father's house without any instruction, etc. I called today to request a portable oxygen condenser for my father to bring when he spends the holiday at our house, and I was told the wait list was a year and a half!!!! Seriously???!!! For a now 90 year old man!!! If you want the best care for elderly family members - search for another local company before choosing Fidelity. read more

My brief experience was a positive one. I came to get my insurance provided breast pump. I arrived to find no line and the woman behind the counter helped me immediately. After I ended over the necessary information and she made copies, she asked me to have a seat. There was a comfy couch that I had all to myself. Less than five minutes later a gentleman returned with my breast pump. Easy! I thanked them and was on my way. read more

This agency is the most convoluted, poorly communicative, miss handled agency I've ever experienced! One week was all I it took to know to fire them quickly. Calls not given for rescheduled appointments. One nurse mishandling our intake. I can go on and on how not just one nurse or therapist or even when calling in to patient care talked about how Fidelity unmeets many patients needs or knowing how to handle them. read more

At the beginning of January '20, I had a hip replacement. My doctor let me chose which health care agency I'd like to come to my home. I'm so glad a friend referred me to Fidelity Health Care of Moraine, Ohio. During four weeks, I dealt with four individuals (Jim, Brooke, Diana and Cindy)...three physical therapists and one occupational therapist. I was truly pleased with each of them. They were extremely professional, yet very kindly and considerate. They were very conscientious of hygiene, with repeated use of hand sanitizing. I rarely needed to ask questions, since they were so thorough with their explanations. By far the best in home health care company I have ever worked for! Nikki Nemeth was my team leader and she was the best team leader I've ever had the privilege to work with,if Nikki says she'll take care of or check into something you consider a problem, trust me she goes 110% the extra mile to resolve your issue if at all possible. She will leave no stone unturned if possible to resolve any problems. I had to move out of state so unfortunately for me my time working under Nikki was short lived. But she and all the other wonderful people that work their just make your job as easy as they possibly can. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premiere/ fidelity healthcare to anyone who loves doing in home health care, or would like to be a part of their newest and most exciting adventure being a "safety companion" at a local hospital.
