Their construction rubble and some scattered trash by their dumpster has been pushed up against my back yard chain link fence and Fairmont High School's fence for over a year, a real eyesore! After many calls, there were promises to clean it up and landscape time and time again and still little to no action. I had to resort to installing a wooden fence to block out the view! I will post pictures soon and will update if there is any progress.

This facility is horrible my grandma stayed here for about a month and they neglected her she was…read moreonly there to do rehab due to losing her foot to an dog attack for two weeks my grandma complained about her stomach even throwing up after eating they were supposed to get an X-ray and send urine sample our my family was never notified about any results they were drugging my grandma to keep her quiet by saying she was in pain from her hemorrhoids my grandma didn't want us to speak up for her because she said they mistreated her after we left. they gave us short notice about my grandma getting discharged like the day before and due to them not changing her property my grandma had a UTI for so long that when she got released she became septic unresponsive to where I had to call 911 now my grandma is in the hospital fitting and infection and pneumonia by grace of God she was home with me cuz if she would of stayed one more night we probably would of lost her due to there neglect and my grandma also was very dehydrated and wasn't eating we would bring her food and they told us we couldn't bring her outside food any more so she stop eating basically please do not send your family members here they are only in it for the money not for the love and care of the residents
