ALL of the staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. My need for them also occurred during the pandemic and they did not let that disrupt service. I did 12 hr night shifts and even picked up overtime ! This company id straight trash. Also one of the office lady's yelled at me when I wasn't even late I was right around the corner from the clients house.
