I recently left a negative review for Lavender Home Care and I now need to update it…read more Evidently, Yelp does not take down reviews, so I will temper the original review with what has happened since. Unfortunately, I had a misunderstanding with Lavender and the initial conversation did not go well. But the owner of the company, Bernard, found out about it and spent a lot of time resolving the issues. It is commendable that he went above and beyond what was required to make the situation right. So I would like to say that although we had a disagreement, Bernard stuck with ironing it out until we reached a satisfactory conclusion. I regret that I was so upset with them in the beginning when some reasonable conversation was able to smooth things over. Also, I have had an excellent home health aide through Lavender for several years. We have become very good friends and I look forward to her visit each week. She is like my right arm around the house now. Bernard did make sure that I got an aide that was a good fit for me and that is part of this kind of business that sends help to older folks in their homes. That kind of assistance is invaluable for me and I appreciate that Bernard took the time to see that everything was taken care of going forward. One thing I noticed while waiting is that the receptionist knew everyone and greeted them by name, it was really nice. She had such a genuine energy. The reason I came in was due to lower back pain caused by a myriad of reasons. Dr Zoller took the time to sit with me and discuss not only the pain but asked other lifestyle questions to determine a whole picture. Even though I was the last appointment of the day I was not rushed at all. What I must appreciate is that he doesn't try to immediately put you in a plan and suck as much money from you as he can. He told me that my issues could be caused by other factors and if I don't have relief within a few weeks he could refer me elsewhere to check into some things. I love when a doctor knows what their limits are and cares enough to let you know if it's outside of those limits. Dr Zoller then put me on the table to feel out some of the issues and made sure to tell me if I feel uncomfortable with any hand placements or anything he's doing for any reason to let him know and he'd stop. He noticed an area in my Beck that needed adjustment and checked with me before doing so since I came in mainly for my back. Even though it had been several years since I'd been in, Dr Zoller asked about my job and my family like it had only been a month. Im excited to continue my care here and glad that Dr Zoller remains a stand up human being.

The facility is nice, clean and has good equipment. Every staff member was nice. I had Ashly and Scott as therapist's and they were both wonderful. They showed me what I could do on my own at home so that I could continue working on range of motion access while not there and it means so much to have that personal help.
