If you feel a need for a snack while your waiting, they have a primo kitchen area full of goodies and drinks to choose from and.....they even offer you more snacks. I've had to have code enforcement out here, three times and still nothing has been fixed now I had to pay double my rent to stop a eviction for me being two weeks late which I have kept in contact with Sydney through JWB when I asked him for an itemized printout of their attorney fees that I had to pay for they said they did not have one that they could provide however, when I call the Duvall County clerks office there was no eviction files nor did I receive any eviction papers stay away from JWB they are a scam. They do not fix anything they make you pay for everything I do not know how they're even still getting away with the crap that they get away with. You'll get an automated response from a bot named Kurt.

The connections to 3rd party budget software does not persist because you need an MFA code every.single.time. They didnt carry over the last banks settings so i've had instances of bounced checks despite having money in savings. when i called, i waited 45 minutes only to be told 'don't worry you get three free bounced checks a year'. YIKES. OK, so me chasing down three people that expected to be paid by me is perfectlly acceptable? Final straw came today when my husband and I had to call because HE was getting fraud alerts for Uber Eats, which he doesnt use. The fraud department wouldnt allow him to declare this as fraud because I have an uber account. Sure enough his card WAS attached to my Uber account but it was expired. Regardless the charge was NOT authorized and my Uber account has NO record of it but somehow WE are supposed to 'figure it out' with Uber. Anyway just flag the shit as fraud and lets all move on with our life but NOOOO dealing with Vystar is a huge pain in the ass and they are going out of their way to not help us at times. Can't wait till I get far enough ahead to just transfer EVERYTHING.

They are very organized and have developed an amazing system to manage clients virtually.
