Maintenance came and took their functioning washer and replaced dryer. But the washer they provided didn't work! The stove had a piece of wood painted white where the glass should have been and the stove top didn't even work. Luckily we were able to give them a good stove as a result of a kitchen remodel. They let their stove sit on the porch for months! The yard had metal barb sticking out of ground in several places that her husband had to bend down with a sledge hammer so that the yard was safe for their young children.
