All hail Carline Johnson from dotloop an outstanding individual veteran and the absolute best. If you ever gate chance get her she will go out of her way and fight for you . Dont be fooled you need a good realtor on your side. in the end she sacrificed over $1600 of her money so that the right thing could be done with this dispicikable organization Capital Title. Horrible experience when selling a property…read more I literally had to do the settlement statement in excel and send it to them to get them to get it right. Isn't this what they do for a living???? They used an online notary who called to schedule my closing on a Tuesday, when it was supposed to be on the following Friday. Capital Title contacted me saying they couldn't close early as I requested. I didn't request this! Then I didn't get the email from the online notary to review my documents - had to do the closing/sign my documents using my phone. The notary made a mistake on my account number, I didn't catch it (closing on my phone), and they respond that I GAVE the wrong account number. Cost me $50 for bank fees and 2 days delay in receiving my funds. Bottom line, any mistake they make they will blame you for it. And they make LOTS of mistakes. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!!
