I didn't want to have to deal with the nuances that came with having to go through TurboTax and figure out what I would need for all the different tax situations (even though I no longer own a business). Once I uploaded all the documents to the secure portal and submitted them, I received a follow-up email within a day or two; super fast. My taxes were done in less than a week.
