When it was time for the installation, he spent nearly half the day replacing and properly aligning our very heavy door--all on his own and without interrupting us while we worked. Our door and frame had never fully recovered after firefighters had to break through it during a fire, and it had become extremely difficult to open and close. It now works beautifully. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, patient, and incredibly hardworking. My wife and I chose a color and Eric brought a sample pained on cardboard and painted a swatch on the house as well. Now my wife has been ill so she chose a bright cheery color that reminded her of our cruise to the Caribbean. Why does this matter?
