Their properties sit on the market for an average of several months, so if you hate money, rent your property through APM. They charged us $70 dollar for cleaning which make no sense, it was already cleaned. And $80 for carpet cleaning which is acceptable. And they also charged us $100 for replacing gas drip pan which only cost $25 at any store. So, if you find any fused bulb or wear and tear of gas drip pan, buy it yourself to safe all those extra cost. They will charge you for any wear and tear, no matter how long you stay and how well you have maintained it. Very disappointed.

They sent out three different repair companies and did the VERY minimum to try and fix it instead of replacing the whole unit. In the end, we just washed our dishes by hand because the washer never worked right. We had to put maintenance requests in to get our lawn mowed over and over and over again, they said our rent included lawn care but we ended up getting our own gardener for 100 bucks a month to come take care of it. The last and most important thing- they tried to nickel and dime us for our deposit when we moved out saying that we installed things and left holes in the wall that were already there when we moved in. I spent 6 ours cleaning the unit and they tried to charge us a cleaning fee as well as a carpet cleaning fee but the carpets had not been cleaned for us upon move in so why would I be expected to clean them upon moving out?
