No details provided and, once again, I have personally had to invest my own time to manage the incident. The "agent" also did not provide my phone # as direct contact by delivery company which makes zero sense. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor. That being said, it seems as though "Yucca" and surrounding area(s) are used to getting subpar services as a general rule.

Once we took the plunge, when I drove 7-hours down to get the renovation started, he helped me remove some chollas (cacti with barbed spines) right when I arrived to make sure my 3 big dogs wouldn't have a tango with them.
