They have an entire aisle, dedicated to litter boxes at the store, which was great. There are a lot of varieties to choose from, and I ultimately chose a corner style box. But while I was there, I was able look at the Halloween stuff for pets, including some of their specialty theme toys, which happened to include toys that were inspired by the movie wicked. The really cool thing was several of the different styles were actually on clearance so I was able to get cat toys for three or four dollars that are high-quality. They also had some of their Halloween pet costumes on sale and I was able to pick up a new bowtie collar for him for a measly three dollars.

We were told her grooming would take approximately two hours, and that we would receive a call once she was done. About an hour after dropping her off, we got the call that she was done. The grooming team was very speedy and efficient! everyone was very friendly, and our puppy came back to us with a cute pink bandanna around her neck. She smelled so good, and her coat looked extremely shiny. Her nails were well trimmed, and the pads of her paws were also manicured. This will be our new go to grooming place, as they are reasonably priced and located right across the street from our new home. Thank you for taking great care of our sweet Marie!

They were out of Mystery snails and the associate was not sure when they will be getting more in...could be weeks. Moving over to the filters I quickly realized that they had a teeny tiny supply of filter cartridges. Purchasing options are severally limited here. This was disappointing because I recently purchased my filters at one of their other locations. It would be convenient if all their stores stocked the replacement parts. Shopping here was a bust for me ...BUT...I enjoyed the super clean and organized store. Their fish, cats and birds all look healthy and well cared for.

There are two wash stations, but unfortunately the floor was extremely dirty and very wet almost flooded. I understand that water can get on the floor, especially on busy days, but it really should be cleaned more frequently. I'm not sure what the cleaning rules are for the wash area, but it definitely needed attention during my visit. Despite that, I still went ahead and washed my dog, and it honestly made my life so much easier. I live in an apartment and bathing him at home takes forever, especially the drying. So this service is a huge help. I'll definitely come back and give it another try, it may have just been a busy day since I went on a Saturday. The price for the wash station is $9.99, which is very reasonable. They even provide shampoo and conditioner, although I brought my own because my dog needs a special shampoo for his coat. The cashier was also kind enough to give him a treat afterwards, which I appreciated. My dog left happy, and so did I.

They are located in the corner lot in the town of Montverde by the gas stations. If you are not looking for them, you may not be able to find them. Luckily, we were able to do some digging and find out where they were. The staff was extremely friendly and actually very excited to see an Airedale because they aren't really native to this area. Usually with Airedales, they are meant to be groomed a specific way and in a specific pattern or else their hair will come out matted and unruly. Michelle, the owner knew EXACTLY what to do with him. It took a couple of hours, but when she brought him out - it was like he was a WHOLE different dog. The price was not too bad either. I paid about $45 or so for a wash and cut and will definitely be back again.

She sent me texts during our time away updating us on how the dogs were doing and included photos and videos. The dogs stayed almost a week and they were so happy to lucky when I brought them home. She is also a grooming facility. So she groomed them before pick up per our request. It was a great value and quality care for our fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more personal affordable boarding option for your dog or cat.

I called and told her that i was never told. She calls me at 4:14PM to inform that Brody was ready. I went to pick I'm up and she tells me that there is a fee for dog sitting. She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. I will not be back again!
