I waited weeks for engraving that never happened. I waited weeks more for shipping that never happened. Not once did the store contact me. Not once did they do what they committed to doing. I had chosen to pick through and purchase some coins in their "world silver coin" box, but I (after purchasing a large number) have disappointingly found a few coins that aren't silver at all - but copper nickel. Their pricing on this box was also very loose with the cashier taking a "rough mental average" of the purity of the coins and adding a "small" premium over spot. While I should've known better to pick only coins I'm familiar with and trusting this undisclosed "small premium", they shouldn't have had any non-silver coinage in the silver coinage bin. I'm sure it would be a headache, but separating the world coins based on purity and not a "rough average" would provide a MUCH better experience for the customer.

We called here to see if we could have a brass bell engraved. They were confident in their answer…read morein being able to engrave it so we dropped the bell off with them. We called to check on the bell and first were told the girl who could work on it didn't come in until 10 one morning and they would call us with an update. I'm sure there was some confusion with myself calling and my husband being the person they called back however, after we called to check again on the bell, we were told that they engraved it, didn't like how it came out, buffed it, and would be re-engraving it. Once again, when we called to check on it, we were told that the girl that did engraving didn't work on Mondays. Then, next thing we know, they are telling us they can no longer engrave it. I understand that unpredictable situations occur and perhaps my perception of the experience is a bit different, but we were told they could do something and then after apparently doing work, could no longer perform the service requested. It just felt a bit off... everyone was friendly when we would call so nothing against the employees, just ended up being a situation that set us back on this project (a gift) a few weeks longer than we would have liked and just seemed like we were being given false information.

When the appraisals came back I had to laugh on how ridiculous the appraisals were. They were less than half of what was paid when purchased and with the the authenticity paperwork showing it was a numbered Hearts on fire cut, perfect cut, perfect clarity. Looking at the paperwork for the rings all four papers were exactly the same wording with the appraisal price typed in. The rings were four completely different rings. There was no description of any of the rings beside size. I got them reappraised by two other places after, with them coming out higher than purchased price, and the two other places matched each other. My point.... Don't spend the money to appraise them there and don't believe them especially if you want to sell them to them!
