Really nice bar. It's a bright industrial space with plenty of room.

This review is for late lunch for two at the bar on a frosty Saturday in early January. service: Sarina took great care of us. She was super helpful and professional. Everyone we interacted with - managers, food runners, waitstaff - were also very accommodating and positive. bar: I drank the English Pub Ale ($6 pints as of 01/2025) and this is a fantastic beer. Reminds me of an English Bitter or ESB. Highly recommended. food: The Cheesy Ancho Corn Dip ($14) is excellent, but a huge portion for just the two of us. Get this if you have a crowd, we had to take most of ours home. My wife had the half size Fields and Ivy salad ($9) and pronounced it great. I had the LFK Hot Chicken sandwich ($16) with fries. It's an excellent sammy. details: They are closed Monday and Tuesday. Tons of parking right outside. Really nice bar. It's a bright industrial space with plenty of room. Beer garden looks amazing for nice weather. Cleanest bathrooms I've seen in years. Lots of televisions and KU basketball was on, of course!

Great food and service! We had the siracha wings as an appetizer. They were good but a little cold temperatures wise. Husband had the blackened chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were very good and the chicken sandwich is nice and spicy. My son and I both ordered the chop chicken salads. The full size is very large and filling. It had a lot of Kalamata olives, artichokes, and chicken. The lemon vinaigrette was excellent. Great lunchtime choice!

We grabbed a late lunch at Fields and Ivy while in Lawrence. The reason for my 3 star review is service. We were seated quickly, our server came over to ask if we knew what and we asked a few questions, then we didn't see her again for 15 minutes. We were literally 30 seconds from leaving. She came back and we ordered and everything from then on was fine. I had a flight and enjoyed the beers. We shared two pizzas and they were both good.

Very hip brewery in the middle of nowhere in Kansas. There are a variety of brewed beers, cocktails, wines. And lots of food options. Service was good too, I was part of a large group and she checked on us a few times and took away empty plates and glasses. WHAT I ORDERED Fig & pig large pizza $29 Decent size pizza for 3ppl to share. It was very tasty pizza with prosciutto, fig sauce, arugula, cheese on a flat bread pizza. very interesting mix of Spanish Italian cuisine. It was very tasty overall.

F&I has one of the best year round heated covered patios in LFK so go check them out! I'm constantly raving and suggesting this brewery restaurant to all my cool friends who love good beers and dog friendly patios. Their seasonal beers have been on point during the crazy 2020 Covid pandemic. That festbier and white winter stout added to our regular go-tos (the breezedale y'all). You can buy all the bottled 6 packs you can handle from the bar! Seriously one of our most frequented spots in LFK for their cold beers, heated patio and overall ambiance!

Spent the afternoon driving around DeSoto and Lawrence looking for farm stands and finished up the day here for late lunch. I had the summer rose beer and it was delicious. Hubby had a wheat and liked it too. We shared the carnitas nachos and pesto sausage pizza. Both were delicious. I would definitely come back if I were in Lawrence again.

I've been going ever since they opened. The pizza is great and the beer is better. My favorite place to go in Lawrence.

Great menu recommendations, solid knowledge of the beers, and good balance of checking on us but giving us time to talk. bar: I drank the Hopular Sovereignty ($6 as of 12/2023) which is a solid, West Coast IPA. Not as bitter and citrusy as some, but still a very well executed version of that style. That said, with their tap list, there's a beer style for every person. Appears to be full service bar with cocktails also. food: We started onion rings ($9) and they were great. Clearly house made. I had the bacon burger ($9) with tots. Especially for the price since it was the daily special, this is an awesome burger. My wife had the turkey club ($14) with beans. The sandwich is a real slice of turkey breast! It was incredibly good and the beans were great. Another person had soup of the day, broccoli cheddar ($8 for bowl), and reported it was good. Details: Lots of surface parking outside. There are also outside tables when the weather is better. Plenty of TVs with sports behind the bar. An incredibly long bar with dozens of seats. Bright, open space with high ceilings.

The gentleman who initially greeted us was friendly, welcoming, and working to find us a table. While he was doing that, an older blonde woman came to the hostess stand, asked if we were with the baseball team already seated, and when we said no, immediately told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait for food because there were only two people working. It felt less like setting expectations and more like she was trying to discourage us from staying. When the host returned to seat us, we mentioned we were reconsidering because of how we had been treated. The woman then came back and told him the kitchen couldn't handle our party of six. Given the mixed messages and unwelcoming attitude, we decided to leave. The host was great, but the interaction with the other employee ensured we won't be back.

The board will list the ABV for each beer, as well as the pour prices, and you can choose from anything between lighter ales to heavier stouts.
