I appreciate that they usually have at least one beer that I haven't tried before added to the tap list rotation, so they're still willing to experiment and come up with new brews. Bartenders are usually pretty attentive, friendly, personable, and are willing to give you samples to try if you aren't sure which beer to try. Also, the venue is pretty neat, as it's a renovated building in downtown Saint Jo, and they've kept pretty true to its industrial roots with exposed brick, high ceilings, and sealed concert floors. It doesn't hurt that they have an entire side of the building with great big windows to let in natural light. I have two criticisms - 1) it needs a bigger outdoor space. The deck out back is nice but it doesn't have much space to avoid the smokers. 2) I'm a huge fan of sour beers, and RB's brewmasters just haven't put out much in this genre. If they had more of these, I'd probably stop in more often.
