Fast forward to the day of my extraction. The procedure was quick and painless. I was given a post-procedure manual that had instructions on how to care for mouth and do's and don't's for the first week. A few hours after my procedure, I received a call from Dr. Buckle checking in to see how I was feeling and if I was experiencing any pain, which I wasn't. Once the anesthesia wore off, I was bracing myself for the pain I knew was about to hit. To my surprise, I felt nothing. No pain, no discomfort, nothing (I did take the medication she prescribed and as frequently as was recommended). I plan to get my wisdom teeth out later this year and will definitely be back to see Dr. Buckle. I highly recommend her and her team for your surgical needs. I explained that I was not comfortable with removing six teeth at once and requested to proceed with extracting two teeth as originally planned, with the option to schedule another appointment for the remaining teeth. However, I was told that this was not possible and that if I did not agree to the six extractions, my appointment would be canceled. This approach felt unreasonable and dismissive of my concerns as a patient. As a result, my appointment was canceled, and I now have to wait another two months to find care elsewhere. This situation has been a significant inconvenience, and I have filed a formal complaint regarding the clinic's handling of my case.
