I watched the staff thoroughly clean each chair (the entire chair - head to toe) and associated station after each patient. Loved seeing that! Out of all the medical appointments I've been to (and on behalf of my child), never - not once - has the office EVER had printed school calendars (for multiple Counties) available at the checkout station, where you make the appointment or next time. It's small things like that (and the immediate chair/station cleaning) that demonstrate great customer service. I would definitely recommend them, based on my first experience.

A solid outline of what payment is due prior to service and payment options are available to minimize financial impact. When a recommendation was needed for my son's wisdom teeth removal, a clear explanation of who we were being referred to was done and they even assured me that the surgeon accepts my insurances. Gold star to all the hygienists here who conduct themselves in a professional, approachable manner and are excellent dental hygiene coaches for young adults who need pointers. Gentle in the line of duty, whenever my son had discomfort they listened to him and described what they were doing and didn't promote anxiety about coming to the dentist. Plenty of parking, play area inside for children and they have overhead monitors that play movies as patients are receiving care.
