At my new provider, Hodiah Dental Care, I was not charged for unnecessary procedures and was only billed for the actual implant treatment. In contrast, my experience with this office involved additional charges related to procedures that I believe were unnecessary and not clearly supported. The financial burden created by those charges was ultimately shifted onto the patient. If you are considering this office, it is important to carefully review what procedures you are being charged for. After changing providers, I proceeded with my implant treatment at Hodiah Dental Care, where the billing was transparent and limited only to the implant treatment itself. I am currently undergoing implant treatment for three molars and have been very satisfied with the care and billing transparency at my new provider. Patients have many options when choosing a dental office. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to carefully review billing details and seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment at this office.

From the moment I made the appointment and spoke with Shannon on the phone, until the point, we walked out of the office today, everybody was amazing. The office is not huge, but they are clearly very popular and very busy! Despite that, everybody on the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we never felt rushed. When I made the appointment with Shannon, she was amazing. I am disabled and my mother's elderly, so she gave me a lot of information and assured me that she would make sure we were taken care of. She was not lying! She took great care of us. Dr. garden was very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of insight and told us what we needed to do before he would be willing to schedule the extraction. He wanted to make sure that my mother was as prepared as possible and even told us that one of the medications she is taking Would be problematic so he told us to stop taking it for a period of time before he would be willing to schedule the procedure. The time that he spent explaining the process to us and the fact that he cared enough to say he wasn't comfortable doing the procedure until my mother took these steps in preparation, impressed me. My mother was very anxious about this whole process and he made her feel very comfortable. If you need oral surgery, I highly recommend this practice! Everybody on the staff is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable.

In my case today it was for a simple cleaning (still something I didn't look forward to). It just so happened that I found myself free from an early afternoon meeting and went to my appointment 45" early (why not get this over with). I arrived and was quickly welcomed and entered in as a new patient. I was lucky in that a previous cleaning appointment had not arrived so I was quickly shuffled into the flow and almost immediately taken back for my cleaning. I believe the Hygienist last name was Kelly. She got me set up, immediately went to work. I was very pleased with the manner she did her job. Nice attention to the small details but in a way which was gentile and not stressing me out. I was relaxed and, for a change, really enjoyed the experience. Now I'll loook forward to my next cleaning and know exactly where I'll be heading. I'll also hope to be blessed with Ms. Kelly once again as I'm sure she'll provide another spectacular experience.

It's been over a week now, and I called my insurance, which is how I even knew the request was denied because they sent inadequate X-rays. No one in that office notified me even after I asked. From the appointment making process, to them reaching out on a Saturday to reschedule due to an emergency. I could tell this place was professional from top to bottom. I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect.
