We purchased a "flip" at the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic believing we would move in immediately. After spending more time in the house we realized quickly we needed to call in professional help. While many might balk at undertaking a home remodel during a pandemic - not Charmean and her staff. All work including selecting fabrics, wallpaper, carpets, window treatments, paint colors, lighting fixtures as well as building numerous custom pieces of furniture flowed seamlessly from start to completion. Additionally, Charmean connected us with an excellent contractor, painter, picture hanger and even a flawless mover. Charmean and her team are a joy to work with, competent, caring, available and seasoned. Charmean listened to our goals for the new home and this current stage in our lives and fulfilled each of our requests exactly. I wholeheartedly endorse CNI and am truly looking forward to our next project together.

And Karen, who was actually there and it was her, was so nice and told us about her store -the history of it, what she has where she got it..ect. So friendly and helpful! I absolutely love everything inside....it hard to leave without buying anything! I am sure we will be back to spruce up our new home soon! And everything is very reasonably priced -not over priced like a lot of places you go into with the same sort of items. Everything seemed so unique...not something you can find at your everyday walmart or meijer...but not horribly out of those walmart or meijer price ranges either. Wonderful! And there is a style to meet anyone's style...modern, country, chic...you name it. We'll be back!

I came here over the…read moresummer and looked for short term leases and Tuscan Pointe was the only one I could find that offered what i needed. I ended up transitioning into the month-by-month rent but if I had known I would be here as long as I have I would've elected to stay at a holiday inn over this place. First off, apartments are bare bones and pretty dirty when you first move in. Your "move-in inspection' is a JOKE. There were things on there that I requested to be fixed immediately and I'm now about to move out months later and those items are still not fixed. I will give them a PLUS though, the maintenance is pretty prompt and efficient after you figure out how to put in a work order. The compliments on staff will end there though. "Bookkeeping" errors about every other month, incorrect late fees here and random charges there all of which never make sense and when you question them they get defensive but then realize they're wrong. You can tell some residents don't argue their case, so makes management a tad sketchy. Overall staff attitudes (with exceptions of a select few) are flat out rude (and that's saying it nicely). As for the "neighborhood", it's pretty rough as well. All-in-all avoid this place if you possibly can! The only pro to living here is it's proximity to 31 and the ease of getting down town Indy. Also check the google reviews, this type of review is status-quo

Currently doing remodeling, half the townhouses don't have numbers so good luck if your company that's visiting has never been and doesn't know where to go. They started remodeling inside vacant ones, but maybe ask residents if they'd like anything done too? Dishwasher doesn't work right. Ceiling in dining room caved in before and the fix to it wasn't correct. You call and ask for things to get done but don't bank on it being soon. However, a couple maintenance guys that are currently there do what they can. It's not them. The office is not keeping them informed I don't think of things reported.

Even though we were a bit intimidated after seeing the large boxes, everything fell into place pretty quickly. The set up was no trouble for 3 adults, the online videos and instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. Thank you for manufacturing such a sturdy and attractive piece of furniture. I was a bit overwhelmed when it arrived because it required a fair amount of assembly and I've had bad experiences in the past; not from this company but with other products. Oftentimes products that require assembly do not come with good clear instructions. Or the parts are poor quality; threads strip, things break when you try to put them together, etc. I also don't have a great deal of patience when trying to work through projects like this because of lack of customer support or proper instruction. In the case of our Bedder Way bed, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was still a bit of a project, as it took me over 3 hours to get it all together, although I was working at a somewhat slow, methodical pace as I followed along with the instructions. Whoever wrote the instructions deserves a Pulitzer prize because they could not have been more clear. Everything was explained in such a way that there was no confusion about how things were going to fit together. Parts were all clearly labeled with photographs. The instructions were careful to point out what the user needed to watch for before proceeding to the next step. Adequate warnings were given along the way, such as needing at least two people to lift the frame into place when mounting it to the wall and making sure you have it securely mounted to studs in the wall, or have another method that is equally secure. The quality of the wood and all the individual parts were top notch. I can't believe that such a project came together without me getting frustrated with the process at any point.
