Steph of Fields Realty is the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Being a long distance client, I worked with many other realtors in "The County" and I really felt they weren't working for my best interests. I began to lose hope and connecting with Steph was a huge blessing. Her work ethic, integrity, and character are unparalleled. She kept me going and would do remote FaceTime viewings and never pressured me into a bad deal. She always answered the phone with a cheery, "Hey, Girl!", which made talking to her a pleasure. Steph has an outstanding reputation and she deserves the respect that she has earned. My wife and I had been scouring the dark web for our diamond in the rough, and along our way we crossed paths with many an unkind Realitor. We often got scoffed at because of our price point wasn't 200k+ even though we told them "we want a fixer upper", and when we did find those fixer uppers they got snatched up quick so my wife and I quickly grew an anxiety of not being able to get a bid in quick enough because we always dealt with slow agents. In steps hero Mindy Braley, this fantastic lady has answered ever single one of my emails with a smile even late at night. She never once scoffed at our offer, or made us feel low class because of our price point and dream. Instead she embraced our vision and helped us every step of the way to purchasing our first house.
