I knew in advance that Jaclyn was a great nail artist but I was BLOWN away with this set. My mom was excited to come along & unexpectedly added on a dip powder manicure & an eyebrow wax & they accommodated her without hesitations. Jaclyn and I shared my inspo pictures through Instagram & she delivered 10x! If you can't tell they're the Pokemon Ditto & Ditto Pikachu. The most adorable set I've ever had! The design feels incredibly durable since it was made with UV resin! Jaclyn said her set lasted a month & although she had some chips it still looked phenomenal. I'm incredibly happy. The salon is clean & fun to be in when you can chat & share & enjoy nail art like this. Can't believe I found a gem so close to the beach! Pedis all summer on the way home.

She asked me what shape I wanted I told her square. Now the issue I had with my nails some were chipped and the lengths were not even. She expressed to me she can work with what I had but I asked her to please file the nails to the same size. She was patient and she worked amazingly! She did exactly what I wanted. She made my nails look all squared especially the chipped left thumb nail. You would never think the left thumb nail was chipped. I was truly impressed by her work. I'm definitely going back. I asked for multiple colors from the color list, and they could only find one out of the six we requested. My nails were done yesterday, as shown on my receipt, and they're already chipped less than 24 hours later. I've never seen dip powder chip so quickly, especially with acrylic underneath. Also, I still gave a tip as I felt she took almost two hours to do this so I felt weird not leaving one but she didn't even look at me when I gave it her she responded with "ok"

What made things worse is that the owners didn't even acknowledge this or apologize. Or at end say 'thanks for your business.' We had a wedding same day -- appointment time mattered. We always want to support our local businesses, but we also want to give it to businesses that appreciate and treat customers properly. This salon is not that. The unfortunate attitude of the owners doesn't apply to the women who work there doing nails.
